Under the background of the rapid development of economic globalization in the new century,the comprehensive requirements for talents are constantly improving.With the issue of "what is the requirement of talent cultivation and how to cultivate talents" being put forward by many countries,"core literacy" has also been studied by many scholars in the field of education and gradually established.Under the background of carrying out the spirit of the new curriculum reform,the educational objectives have also changed.In 2016,China put forward the Core Literacy for the Development of Chinese Students,in which the release of the core literacy framework clearly States that it should not only be formulated according to the characteristics of students and courses in different academic years,but also be operable.Chemistry,as a basic discipline facing life and applied production,shoulders the responsibility of cultivating the core literacy of talents at the same time.At the beginning of 2018,the Ministry of Education of China issued the "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017Edition)",in which "Evidential Reasoning and Model Cognition",as one of the five core qualities of chemistry,is an important thinking core of high school chemistry learning,which has become a new perspective of high school chemistry education and teaching research in recent years.The essential purpose of "core literacy" in the new curriculum standard is to improve teachers' teaching ideas,enrich teaching methods,and effectively implement literacy in classroom teaching,as well as to provide guidance for more targeted and reasonable cultivation of students' core literacy.The author refers to the existing research,and the main methods are literature analysis,questionnaire survey and educational experiment.Through the collection and analysis of relevant research,we know that many scholars at home and abroad in the new era of chemistry teaching research,chemical model and chemical model teaching to cultivate students' "evidence reasoning and model cognition",which is an important quality of teaching methods,has been highly respected in most countries.Based on the new teaching,the teaching organizer makes the original boring and trivial chemistry teaching content have a further clear logic through a certain design,and also reduces the difficulty for learners to learn high school chemistry,especially the more complex selective compulsory module,and significantly improves the quality of chemistry teaching and learning.However,according to the relevant literature that can be referred to at present,the research on "model cognition" teaching,especially the development of instructional design cases,is obviously insufficient.Therefore,this study takes "model cognition" in core literacy as the breakthrough point,based on the relevant theories of chemical model teaching,trying to find a new teaching design idea to promote the cultivation of "model cognition" teaching.After reading the textbook and the new curriculum standard,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers and students,and obtained the current situation of teaching based on chemical models about the four modules.Finally,the elective module of "Chemical Reaction Principle" is selected,and then the teaching case design related to this module is developed and the educational experiment is carried out.After that,the students in the experimental class are tested by compiling relevant test questions,combining the data obtained and using relevant software to evaluate the teaching results.The final results show that the teaching of cultivating model cognition ability based on "model cognition" literacy in the selective compulsory "Principles of Chemical Reaction" module is effective,and the chemistry-related models in teaching can optimize learners' chemical thinking,focus on detailed reasoning,and reduce the difficulty of learning the original complex and difficult "Principles of Chemical Reaction" module.While helping students master chemical knowledge,it can improve students' interest in learning and learning effect,and then promote the improvement of students' "model cognition" chemical core literacy.This also provides relevant reference for front-line teaching workers and teachers,and has certain innovation.
