Core literacy is a hot topic in the field of education in recent years.Core literacy is a comprehensive reflection of students' knowledge,skills and attitudes.It is of great help to students' individual learning and development,and to adapt to the rapid development of society.Through the in-depth study of core literacy,how to cultivate students' core literacy through information technology disciplines and carry out the teaching of information technology disciplines,information technology teachers need to think and explore in the teaching process is a problem.Therefore,it is necessary to reform and innovate the teaching methods in order to find a suitable and effective teaching method and cultivate and develop students' core literacy of information technology discipline.According to the main content of the new curriculum standard revision in 2017,this paper analyses and organizes the core literacy of information technology discipline.With the content of information technology core literacy as the training objective,instructional design is carried out in the information technology curriculum of junior high school.In all aspects of instructional design,including the choice of teaching content,the formulation of teaching objectives and the design of teaching strategies,we should permeate the core content of information technology and apply instructional design to practical teaching.This research is not only helpful to cultivate students' sensitivity to information and judgment of information value,cultivate students' various thinking abilities,master digital learning tools,cultivate innovative ability,possess information society responsibility,have certain information security awareness and ability,but also have great significance to the promotion of core discipline literacy.This research takes eighth grade students as the research object.Through questionnaires,we know the level of students' information technology core literacy,and select two classes with similar core literacy level as control class and experimental class.In the experimental class,we implement the instructional design designed to cultivate students' core literacy,and the control class carries out the conventional instructional design.After teaching practice,the effectiveness of instructional design in cultivating students' core information technology literacy is tested by using questionnaires,classroom observation,interviews and other methods.Research shows that integrating core literacy into instructional design is very important for curriculum reform.In the process of education and teaching,it is necessary to cultivate students' core information technology literacy.In order to cultivate core literacy,the instructional design mode has changed the previous teaching methods of hard indoctrination of knowledge,and changed the status quo of passive learning of traditional classroom students.Through this research,the author finds that in the process of instructional design,we should consider many factors comprehensively,not copy rigidly,and make appropriate instructional design according to the specific teaching situation.Especially in the cultivation of IT core literacy,we should design it purposefully and planned.For example,when designing teaching objectives,we should consider which kind of teaching activities can reflect which kind of reading and writing ability in IT core literacy.The instructional design based on core literacy has the greatest advantage that it can not only stimulate students' interest and curiosity,improve students' learning efficiency,but also cultivate students' core literacy in the learning process by creating familiar and interesting situations or typical cases,exploratory projects or tasks.This study will provide reference for some teachers in the implementation of the new curriculum in the future.
