Research On Internet Public Opinion Strategy Based On Signal Game

With the rapid development of the Internet,the government has encountered more and more challenges in the management of public opinion on the Internet.The simple mass reduction of the government and the masking of news coverage have failed to solve the spread of public opinion events and avoid the greater impact it has brought.At present,China's research on the governance of online public opinions is mainly focused on the more conventional measures such as public opinion monitoring,early warning of public opinion,measures to deal with public opinions,and construction of public opinion and the legal system.However,there is a lack of economic analysis of people in economic bureaus.This dissertation,based on a large number of researches on online public opinions,finds a few researches on online public opinions based on game theory.It makes rational people's assumptions for the government,the media and the public.On the basis of this,it mainly analyzes the game in online public opinion for analysis:(1)According to the special attributes of the government bureau,we construct the signal discrimination game model between the government and the media,and analyze the equilibrium solution of the government under its pressure and non-pressure respectively,and provide the media with the decision-making in the network public opinion game process basis.(2)Based on the information asymmetry existing between the government and the public,a signal transfer game model is constructed to analyze the perfect Bayesian equilibrium of network public opinion signal transmission game and analyze the spread of online public opinion caused by the asymmetric information to the government and the public respectively and decision-making difficult.Provide the basis for the public's choice of tactics in the course of action.In signaling game process,the official in order to obtain the best return,must accurately determine the type of the public.Then,according to these two game models,this paper analyzes the network public opinion incident of "Beihang Chen Moumou",we can see that in the network public opinion incident,all players in the game can take the equilibrium solution as the decision basis and choose the optimal strategy.In the case analysis process,the event is pushed backwards,if the person in each bureau makes a policy choice,The choice of other strategies will not lead to a more satisfactory outcome for all parties.It also reflects the significant progress made by our government in dealing with the crisis.Finally,according to the research of this paper,the government,the media and the public are respectively put forward the relevant opinions and suggestions.
