Research On The Evolution Mechanism And Guiding Strategy Of Secondary Public Opinion On The Internet

The booming development of the Internet has provided a good platform for the public to express their demands and personal opinions.Meanwhile,it has also led to an increasingly complex online public opinion environment,and a major change has taken place in the discourse power pattern of the whole public opinion field.With the continuous evolution and development of the event,the original public opinion event will generate a series of secondary topics and induce secondary public opinion under the action of multiple subjects.The network secondary public opinion exists on the basis of the original public opinion,but the evolution process of the secondary public opinion is more complex,and it has a stronger radiation force of public opinion,which has brought great challenges to the supervision of network public opinion and government governance.China is in the period of social transformation,and the changes of people's contradictions force various interest appeals to increase,and all kinds of emergencies occur frequently.In such a social context,the emergence of online secondary public opinion is more frequent.Compared with the traditional model,the heat evolution mechanism of online secondary public opinion is more rapid and diversified,and its scope of action is often larger than that of the original public opinion.Some negative secondary public opinion is even more serious to disrupt the social order,bringing great pressure to the government's supervision of public opinion.Therefore,in a highly developed society with the Internet,the research on the secondary popularity of online public opinion plays a pivotal role in accurately deconstructing the development of public opinion.Building a clean and upright network environment has become a historical mission entrusted to us by the Party and the country in the new era.Starting from helping the government efficiently guide the network secondary public opinion,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the heat evolution mechanism of the network secondary public opinion,as follows: Firstly,the research status of online public opinion and online secondary public opinion at home and abroad is summarized and sorted out.Based on the review of previous studies,the relevant concepts of online secondary public opinion are defined,and the connotation,characteristics and negative effects of the research objects are clarified.Secondly,this paper qualitatively analyzes the heat evolution mechanism of network secondary public opinion from the three aspects of the main elements,influencing factors and participation motivation of the heat evolution of network secondary public opinion,and constructs the mechanism model of the heat evolution of network secondary public opinion,which lays the foundation for the establishment of the system dynamics model of the heat evolution of network secondary public opinion.Again,to determine the secondary network public opinion evolution stock of causal loop diagram and the flow chart,and through the methods such as analytic hierarchy process(ahp),expert scoring method to determine the constants and variables in the system,combined with the case "tonghua epidemic" events using Vensim PLE software simulation,concrete analysis the influence of different factors on the heat secondary network public opinion evolution.The empirical results show that the fuzziness of the event,the publicity of the event,the action of the government,the action of the Internet users and other variables have a significant impact on the evolution of the secondary public opinion heat.Finally,according to the above research contents,guidance strategies and suggestions for secondary online public opinions are put forward from four aspects: the government attaches importance to the disposal of primary public opinions and crisis early warning work,mainstream media actively constructs a positive public opinion atmosphere,strengthens supervision and cultivates positive opinion leaders,and attaches importance to the improvement of information literacy and moral construction of netizens.
