The history of the Chinese nation has a long history,and its traditional culture is extensive and profound.Building a socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,we need to inherit and develop excellent traditional culture,and we need to inherit and carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.Strengthen traditional moral education is to inherit the essence of traditional morality.To carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation is an important step to establish "cultural confidence".The traditional moral education for middle school students is beneficial to improve the ideological and moral level of middle school students,to promote the all-round development of middle school students and to inherit the excellent traditional moral and cultural heritage of our country.The study of the traditional moral education of middle school students has a positive effect on strengthening the study of the traditional moral education of middle school students and widening the ideas and ways of the traditional moral education of middle school students.It helps students understand and understand Chinese excellent traditional culture and improve their humanistic quality,which is conducive to the improvement of middle school students’ Ideological and moral quality and social civilization.Dali national middle school is a national demonstration school for national unity.As the main position of students’ learning and life,schools start from the aspects of classroom teaching,extracurricular activities,daily education and campus environment rendering,to carry out traditional moral education.The school takes extracurricular activities as the carrier and takes traditional moral content as the theme to design educational activities.The school should give full play to the role of the political and educational department,the school league committee and the class teacher,carry out daily education to the students and strengthen the students’ traditional moral education by using the platform of daily education.In addition,the school uses the means of rendering campus environment to excavate the implicit educational function of traditional moral education.After the joint efforts of school leaders,teachers and students,the traditional moral education in ethnic middle schools in Dali has achievedpositive results.To sum up,the school attaches importance to the construction of Party organization and teaching staff,and has a good campus environment and campus culture brand.At the same time,the combination of socialist core values education and traditional moral education provides a good position for the development of traditional moral education.However,there are some shortcomings in traditional moral education.For example,in classroom teaching,besides the traditional moral education of Chinese and political teachers combined with teaching contents,the other teachers’ cooperation is relatively low.For extracurricular activities,there are fewer activities devoted to traditional moral education.In traditional education,there are only a few kinds of traditional moral education activities,and students’ feedback effect is not good.Campus environment is weak in rendering and lack of innovation.Through interviews with some teachers in school,it is found that the main reasons for the lack of education are that schools and teachers pay attention to students’ academic achievements under the influence of higher school,and to a certain extent,there is not enough attention to the method of education,the pertinence of the effect of education,and the insufficient attention to effectiveness.We should train qualified builders and reliable successors in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and integrity,and establish socialist ‘cultural confidence’.We need to strengthen the traditional culture education and traditional moral education for middle school students,and we need to enhance the effectiveness of education.The measures are as follows:the school leaders and teachers should first raise the understanding of the importance of traditional moral education,and put traditional culture and traditional moral education on the same important position as the education of higher education,Schools should further strengthen the platform construction and environmental rendering,and create a traditional research.
