Traditional virtues of the Chinese nation is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of sons and daughters of the Chinese nation, which is the essence of traditional morality. In ancient times it had improved the people's morality, positive influence on moral character formation, in the modern times some excellence entry still play an important role. To inherit and carry forward the traditional virtues,it is conducive to develop and perfect the socialist ideological moral system with Chinese characteristics, to improve people's moral quality,which is conducive to enhance national pride and national cohesion. But in recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization and market economy, Western ideas and culture continue to infiltrate into our daily life, especially in the extreme Individualism and the idea that money means everything has influenced the young generation. Current social morality landslide phenomenon, integrity awareness is weak,the lack of gratitude and juvenile violent crime problem is increasingly serious, which makes the traditional Chinese virtues imminent.In order to give full play to the educational function of Ideological and moral education of junior high and promote the all-round development of students. In this paper, on the basis of practice in the process of field survey, there are still many problems in students' thought condition,, the existence of these problems seriously hinder the nurturance of students healthy personality.Moral lessons in junior high school is a main way to cultivate the students' personality. Traditional virtue contains rich resources of moral education, ideological and moral lessons on the main content of education, but because of the professional quality low of teachers, the school evaluation system single, teaching contents lack pertinence and educatee laking practice causes lead to poor effect of the traditional virtue education.To solve this problem, the author puts forward the teaching method of traditional virtue education, first of all, we should strengthen moral teacher's traditional virtues of literacy learning, through classroom teaching seeps the traditional virtue, through social practice to strengthen the penetration of traditional virtue, adopt various teaching methods to students' comprehensive evaluation, given the traditional virtues the concrete method with new connotation of the times etc. In the junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson penetration of traditional virtue education can increase the national junior through the high ideological and moral course and enhance students' awareness of the traditional virtues, strengthen the sense of cultural identity. The penetration of traditional virtue education is not only conducive to better accomplish the task of moral education and enhancing the moral education effectiveness, but also conducive to the junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson overcome its dull preaching and one-way indoctrination defects in political theory knowledge, enrich the teaching content, active teaching form and improve the teaching effect which has an important role. I hope this thesis can not only assist in moral lessons in junior high school teaching, but also provide some reference for the workers of Ideological and political education.
