The class is the basic component of the school teaching and management unit,which is an important place for students to study and live.Primary school is the key period for students to form all kinds of codes of conduct,in that during this period,student's thoughts are not mature and have big plasticity.Therefore,as one of the important means for class management,class rules and regulations in primary school have been widely used.It has important value for the healthy development of students' ideology and morality as well as the cultivation of good behavior habits.It also lays the foundation for the cultivation of students' rule consciousness and the learning of social norms.Holding this understanding,the author takes two primary schools in S city as research samples to investigate the current status of class rules and regulations,trying to discuss the problems in it and put forward the corresponding construction strategies by using the observation method,questionnaire method,interview method and text analysis method,etc.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction.This chapter gives a brief account of the origin and the significance of the research,summarizes the research status and attention points,and briefly explains the research ideas and methods.The first chapter is a theoretical analysis of the primary school class rules and regulations.Firstly,the core concepts of the study —“system” and “class rules and regulations” are defined,and then,the ideologies and functions of the class rules and regulations are discussed.The second chapter is the investigation of current situation and problem analysis of primary school class rules and regulations,which is one of the key points of the thesis.This chapter firstly gives a brief explanation of the investigation situation,then presents the results of the investigation,and finally analyzes the problems according to the survey results.The author thinks that the construction of class rules and regulations is a dynamic process,which includes the establishment,operation and evaluation of the rules and regulations.Therefore,the author organizes the investigation of the current situation and the problem analysis according to the dynamic process of the construction of class rules and regulations,which includes four aspects: setting situation,formulating content,operation and evaluation.The third chapter puts forward the construction strategies for primary school class rules and regulations according to problems found in the investigation.The research points out that a correct understanding is indispensable,that is,the school should set up a correct education management objective and the teacher should have a correct idea of class rules and regulations and the subject status of students;besides,it also need the strengthening of the guidance and supervision of class rules and regulations;third,the content of the class rules and regulations should be comprehensive,developmental and humanistic and can be implemented through multiple channels;finally,the evaluation of the rules and regulations should be scientific,diversified and differentiated.
