In recent years, new teachers' occupational adaptation problem has been concerned by many fields, and it has been one important part of teach research. In previous studies, the research objects of occupational adaptation were mainly primary and secondary school teachers, the research which focuses on preschool teacher is still rare. There are many factors which impose influence on new teacher's professional adaption, one indispensable factor of them is the kindergarten environment. This study attempts to investigate the current situation of new teachers' professional adaption and the corresponding kindergarten environment condition, deeply discusses the relationship between them, analyzes the influence mechanism of kindergarten environment and the possible issues, then relevant suggestions are put forward.Based on the existing literature analysis, teachers interviews and experts discussion, the study self-prepares New Teachers' Professional Adaption Questionnaire and Kindergarten Environment Questionnaire. By using random sampling method, the study selects 234 kindergarten teacher from three different zones of Henan province, Zhengzhou, Xinxiang and Anyang, to carry out the two questionnaires. The research conclusions are as follows:1) Most new teachers' professional adaption level are above average, the interpersonal adaptability level is highest, the lowest is psychological adaptation. There is significant difference of new teachers' professional adaption among teaching age and kindergarten type, difference among different kindergarten system, and there is no professional adaption difference among new teachers with different degree and major.2) Most kindergarten environment are in the medium range, teachers' cultural situation is best, induction support system is worst. There is great difference of kindergarten environment among different kindergarten system, and there is difference among different kindergarten type.3) The level of positive correlation between kindergarten environment and new teachers' occupational adaption is above the average, the influence of kindergarten environment on occupational adaption is significant, the most important factor is teacher culture, then kindergarten entry support system, material environment and style of leadership of the kindergarten heads, the kindergarten rules impacts new teachers' professional adaptation indirectly.Based on the questionnaire result analysis and further interview with new teachers, present study finds that kindergarten environment factors which closely related to the new teachers' occupation adaptation still have many problems.According to the present situation and the question discussion, the research put forward several advices for further optimization of kindergarten environment:Firstly, in government level, to increase the inputs of education funding, to establish a preschool teacher recruitment support policy and to improve the preschool teachers team construction related system. Secondly, in kindergarten level, to creat a harmonious atmosphere, to improve the kindergarten teacher recruitment supporting system, to perfect scientific rules and regulations, to increase new teachers' work autonomy and reduce working intensity.
