According to the Statistical Yearbook of the China Education Statistics(2016),the proportion of the kindergarten male teachers is only 2.12%,and the gender ratio of the kindergarten teachers is serious.The reason for this situation is that there are many reasons for the loss of the kindergarten male teachers.Therefore,the study on the induction of the male teacher of the kindergarten,and put forward the strategy of reference,to stabilize the fresh "blood" of the kindergarten teachers,to optimize the sex structure of the kindergarten teachers,and to promote the improvement of the overall quality of the kindergarten teachers.And has strong practical significance.This study conducted a comprehensive survey on the four dimensions(i.e.,ability adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,psychological adaptation and environmental adaptation)of the kindergarten male teacher's induction,using the research methods such as the literature method,the questionnaire method and the interview method.Through the use of SPSS24 to analyze the questionnaire data,combined with the interview data,this study makes a more comprehensive statistics and analysis of the overall situation of kindergarten male teachers' entry adaptation,the specific situation of each dimension,the differences of each variable,and so on.;On this basis,the author combs out the main problems existing in the entrance adaptation of male kindergarten teachers: lack of educational and teaching ability,obstacles of interpersonal adaptation,urgent improvement of psychological adaptation level,outstanding environmental adaptation problems,and so on.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of kindergarten male teachers' admission adaptation from subjective and objective aspects.The subjective factors are as follows: there is a bias in vocational cognition.The main factors are: the influence of the traditional stereotype,the "catalysis" of the key people,the poor "transfer belt" effect,the influence of the institution and the grade of the kindergarten,etc.Finally,this study proposed a solution to the three aspects of the male teacher's own,the kindergarten and the society.The level of the male teacher mainly includes:the preparation before the job,and the positive adjustment of the state of mind;the kindergarten level mainly includes: to do well the management of the new-in-grademale teachers,to establish a good interpersonal atmosphere,to train the new-in-grade male teachers and to perfect the kindergarten teacher's activity facilities;The social level includes: the government should make the support and guarantee work,and improve the salary and welfare of the kindergarten teachers.At the same time,the community should give full understanding and support to male teachers.
