Research On The Cultivation Of Student Cadres’ Ability In Colleges And Universities

The National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities and the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward higher hopes and requirements for the ideological and political education of college students.The Nineteenth National Congress proposed to implement the basic tasks of the Lideshu people,and to cultivate newcomers of the times that serve as national rejuvenation.For the eye.Student cadres and student party members are outstanding groups of university students,and the leadership role of peer groups should not be underestimated.The student cadres in colleges and universities have a more exemplary role because of their large number and dominance.The ability of college student cadres is related to the realization of the goals of the university.It is related to the quality and effectiveness of the ideological and political work of college students.Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of student cadres’ ability and take effective measures to improve student cadres’ abilities.Student cadres should correct their attitude,self-discipline,self-improvement,in order to facilitate their own development.The full text consists of four parts.The first part is introduction.Mainly on the significance of the research background of this topic,the research status of domestic and international research,research ideas and the proposed research methods,key difficulties and innovations and other content of the analysis and introduction.The second part is about the meaning,content and characteristics of the training of college student leaders.This part mainly defines the concepts of college student cadres,university student cadres’ ability and the training of college student cadres’ abilities.At the same time,it points out the main contents of the cultivation of college student cadres’ abilities.The content includes seven aspects,namely,fostering exemplary driving ability,cultivating comprehensive learning ability,cultivating organization and coordination ability,cultivating and expressing communication ability,cultivating solidarity and cooperation ability,cultivating effective execution ability and cultivatingcontingency innovation ability.Finally,it discusses the characteristics of orientation,practicality,long-term and difference of the cultivation of student’s cadres’ ability in colleges and universities.The third part is about the status quo of the cultivation of college student cadres’ ability.In this section,questionnaire surveys and case interviews(student officers and counselors)were combined to investigate the achievements of the ability training;the existing problems were analyzed;and the problems were pointed out that there were misunderstandings,incomplete training systems,and The reason why student leaders are not active.The fourth part is the countermeasures for the cultivation of the ability of college student leaders.Based on the investigation and analysis,this paper proposes ways to strengthen the cultivation of student leaders in colleges and universities.The first is to establish a correct understanding of ability development,to recognize the importance of ability training,to maintain the sustainability of ability development,and to develop a sense of strength.The second is to highlight the focus of ability training,focusing on cultivating ideological and political abilities and academic ability to promote and give full play to student cadres’ self-education ability.The third is to improve the training of theory and practice.It is necessary to improve the training methods of theoretical courses,and to strengthen the combination of training and practice,and at the same time strengthen cooperation with neighboring universities.The fourth is to focus on the training of different abilities,and to develop the ability according to different grades,positions,and individuals of student cadres.
