| After explaining related core concepts of comprehensive qualities cultivation of high school student cadres,this essay proposes that comprehensive qualities of high school student cadres are made up of basic qualities and personal qualities.As for personal qualities,such as planning,reinforcing,coordinating,supervising,creating and reflecting,they are important for the comprehensive qualities cultivation of high school student cadres.Combined with the investigation and survey about the present cultivation state of the comprehensive qualities of the student cadres in No.3 Middle School in Anshun,which is insufficient support from the school,simple ways,unscientific time management,deficient system,not enough cooperation from the students,etc.,this essay analyzes the existing problems from three aspects--school,teachers,and students,and finally attempts to propose personalized approaches to train high school student cadres,so as to provide,a great number of good assistances for high school class management,thus can offer a favorable developing environment,for each high school student,and to help them realize their own goals. |
