On The Cultivation Of College Student Cadres In The New Period

The university student cadres are activist groups of university students inuniversities, is the basic force of student management. They are mainly distributed inthe youth league committee, students union, classes and other student organizations.They play a very important role in leading the ideological and political of the college,typical demonstration,managing basic organization, innovating work content and soon, is an important bridge school in close contact with the primary students.At present, our country is in the new historical period where the the socialtransformation and reform is taking place.Facing the changes of demostic andInternational, both inside and outside school, how to cultivate a scientific andefficient contingent of cadres of college students, to help the implementation ofcollege students in learning, daily management, ideological education, psychologicalmonitoring and so on, is the urgent and important research topics of each university.Combining with literature research, empirical investigation,questionnaire, caseanalysis and other empirical methods perspective,cuting into tne new period, treating“how to”as the pejorative, the paper has made a comprehensive analysis andinterpretation the cultivation of college student cadres and put forward a series ofpositive coping strategies and methods.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is prolegomenon introductionwhich mainly introduces the background, significance, and research status at homeand abroad of the cultivation of college student cadres. The second is the introductionof part which mainly discusses two basic concepts of “tne new period”and “theuniversity student cadres “, expounds significance, principles and requirements of thecultivation of college student cadres. In the third part, I put the view on the current.Onthe one hand,I explore four aspects,such as “organization mode and system; thequality and ability; service consciousness and ability;job feedback andcommunication consciousness”and so on. On the other hand, I analysis some typicaland the most common problems,such as “the backward of the guiding idea; the lackof overall planning; not mature management system; the weak of the cadrequality”and so on.Finally, aiming at these problems, I puts forward some strategiesand some creative methods,such as “establishing scientific concepts; perfecting themanagement system, mobilizing the main body initiative, strengthening basic quality, developing new paths”and so on, to deal with the real problem. I hope this paper canopen a new field for the cultivation of college student cadres and provid a systemguidance of the practice of cultivation of college student cadres.
