With China's rapid economic stability,the level of consumption has been greatly improved.With the continuous improvement of the level of national income,the consumer spending is not limited to food and clothing material,more is the pursuit of spirit and education,consumption structure from the life of the product to the next generation of education investment.Education and training market demand is expanding,attracting a lot of enterprises to join in the education and training industry,making the domestic training industry has been rapid development,training industry competition is also increasing.However,due to the development of the industry itself is not mature,domestic training enterprises and foreign enterprises in the same industry compared to the strength difference is great,and the enterprises in the development of the strategic objectives are not clear,the strategic positioning and improper selection,which affected the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,how to make enterprises bigger and stronger,so that enterprises can develop healthily and steadily,which is the problem that the domestic training enterprises should solve.To this end,in view of the fierce competition in the accounting training industry,this paper takes the Indus education group as the object of study,through the study of its competitive strategy,in order to find a way to rely on their own advantages.This paper uses the relevant theories of strategic management,using PEST analysis,five forces model and strategic analysis tools,based on the Indus education group strategic planning and strategic analysis,formulated the Indus education group competition strategy: to build a comprehensive education platform,to provide a variety of educational services for all ages of students covers quality education,adolescent culture and arts training,adult education,occupation skill education,cadres training,enterprise training etc..This paper is an applied research,in the course of the study using a combination of theory with practice,more emphasis on the feasibility of the strategic plan.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some guidance for the future development of education group,and can be used for reference to other practical activities.Specifically,the future of the Indus education group strategy should start from the following,in order to better provide a good environment for its future development,in order to achieve the goal of Indus education group.First,it is clear that the strategic positioning of Indus education group,which is one of the most basic strategic development tasks.The market orientation of the Indus education group aims to provide a high quality training and service for young people,such as quality education,culture and arts,adult education,vocational skills and so on.Second,a clear strategic choice of the Indus education group,combined with the actual development of the enterprise group,and the current internal and external environment,more suitable for the Indus education group with SO strategy,make full use of good policy environment and market expansion of education and training industry opportunities,aggressive expansion strategy.Third,we need to improve the development of the strategic guarantee system of the Indus education group,through scientific management,product diversification,brand awareness,channel diversification and other measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
