| This paper focuses on the development strategies of New Dynamic Group, mainlyanalyzes the current fierce marketing competition pressure New Dynamic isexperiencing, the macro-environment and the political, economic, social and technicalfactors that can affect the group from outside and discusses the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats of New Dynamic so as to find the countermeasure of thedevelopment strategies. This paper exercises PEST analysis and the spirit of SWOTanalysis, ultimately draws a long term development strategy and puts forward a series ofsafeguard measures to make sure that the new development strategy can beimplemented. The results of the study show that New Dynamic Group need toovercome its own weaknesses and develop its advantages, accelerate its strategyadjustment, and then it will definitely become the real winner in domestic high levelEnglish training market. |
