Research On Legal Protection Of Single Women's Reproductive Rights

With the development of human civilization,the improvement of women's ideas and social status,more and more women who have received higher education and economically independent choose an independent way of life,marriage is not necessarily the end of their life.However,single women also have the right to become mothers,and many women have chosen to go abroad for artificial assisted reproductive technology to realize their "the dream of being a mother",which has led to a wide range of attention from society.The "regulations on population and Family Planning" of Jilin Province explicitly stipulate that single women can bear children by means of artificial assisted reproductive technology,and take the lead in providing a legal basis for the realization of the reproductive rights of single women.It has arise the academic circles' focus on single females' reproductive rights legal,discussion and analysis the theory stratification and the system stratification of reproductive rights.In view of this social phenomenon,this paper discusses the realistic predicament of realizing the right of single women to have a child.Analysis of the property of the right of fertility rights,research on the content of reproductive rights,to further explore the reproductive rights of single women,and to find their legitimacy and rationality basis.Combine the present situation of unmarried childbearing of single women in China,and finding the path to the realization of the right of women to be single women in difficult situations,and construction of system model,to ensure the realization of the single women's reproductive rights.
