Research On The Enhancement Of Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the national college ideological and political work conference in December 2016 that "the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education should be enhanced to meet the growth and development needs and expectations of students".In March 2019,he further stressed out: "to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,we should constantly enhance the ideological and political courses' ideological,theoretical,affinity and pertinence." The affinity of ideological and political education is the key for the educatees to of accepting and identifying educational concept,so as to realize the goal of moral education and improve the effectiveness of education.However,the lack of affinity is exactly a long-standing and urgent problem in Chinese universities.Parsing the basic content of ideological and political education affinity,combing the reason which the ideological and political education enough affinity and explore the concrete countermeasures to promote ideological and political education affinity,make the ideological and political education really due to things,because of from time to time,because of the potential new is the top priority of the current ideological and political education work.This is also the question that this research attempts to explore and study.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly studies the domestic and foreign status of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and proposes the research significance,research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part mainly generalized the connotation of affinity of the ideological and political education from the construction and gradation,and analyzed the characteristics of affinity and basic content of ideological and political education with the theoretical support of Marxist theory about studies of human being,reception theory,communication related theory,providing theoretical basis for subsequent path arrangement;The third part mainly analyzes the positive performance of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the survey data,and mainly sorts out the performance and root cause of the insufficient affinity from the aspects of educators,educational content and educational environment,so as to provide practical basis for the effective solution of the problem.The fourth part mainly explores the specific countermeasures to improve the affinity from four aspects: the appeal of educators,the innovation of educational methods,the guidance of educational contents and the appeal of educational environment.Thus it can be seen that the affinity of ideological and political education can only be improved by coordinating the relationship between the elements and fully mobilizing the resultant force among them.
