In recent years,along with the promotion of ecological civilization construction,and the rapidly development of ecotourism,natural education has developed rapidly in mainland China,and the nature education instructor is not only an important safety guarantee for the smooth development of natural education activities,but also an important part to communicate the ecological concept in each natural education activity.And the quality of nature education instructor is a key factor of natural education activities.At present,most natural education instructors more or less have participated in natural education instructor training.In order to improve the training effect and the professionalism of natural education instructors,the research of factors influencing training effectiveness of natural education instructors has very important theoretical and practical.significance for the sustainable development of ecotourism.In this paper,through literature analysis and questionnaire survey and other methods and combined with SPSS data analysis software,we have defined the three major influencing factors and dimensions of the training effect of natural education instructors,and explored the relationship between the influencing factors and the training effects of natural education instructors and the difference in the effect of personal qualities on the training of natural education instructors.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Selected the dimensions of the factors that influence the effectiveness of natural education instructors.There are three main influencing factors:personal factors,organizational factors,and training system characteristics.Personal factors include six dimensions:learning motivation,trainee's self-control tendency,trainee's readiness,trainee's energy,self-efficacy,and personal migration ability.Organizational factors include leadership support degree,colleagues support degree,organizational climate,learning atmosphere,continuous learning culture,training transformation atmosphere,goal clues,organizational incentive mechanism,and post-training performance-oriented interventions.The training system features include training planning,training content,training methods,training instructors,incentive mechanism,training environment layout,and trainees management.(2)Summarized the relationship between personal factors,organizational factors,training system characteristics and training effectiveness.Individual factors,organizational factors,and training system characteristics all have a significant positive correlation with training effectiveness.The three indicators of learning motivation,trainee readiness,and trainee energy are the strongest correlation in the personal motivation,and the three indicators of self-control propensity,self-efficacy,and personal migration ability of trainees have the strongest correlation with the behavioral layer of training effectiveness.Among the organizational factors,the level of leadership support,colleagues'support,organizational climate,learning atmosphere,continuous learning culture,goal clues,organizational incentive mechanism,post-training performance-oriented intervention,and training transformation atmosphere,all have the strongest related to the behavioral layer of training effectiveness.The two indicators of training program and training instructors have the strongest correlation with the training effect.The five indicators consisted of the training content,the training methods,the training environment layout,the training system incentive mechanism,the student management and the training results,all have the most relevant.(3)The differences of different demographic characteristics in the training effects and the influencing factors of natural education instructors were found.There are no significant differences in training effectiveness and influencing factors between different genders,different levels of education,whether they are currently employed,and different positions of serving trainees.There are significant differences in learning atmosphere and continuous learning and cultural indicators among different ages.Whether or not engaged in natural education currently has significant differences in leadership support,colleagues' support,and organizational climate.
