| With the development of E-education,blended training for teachers has been applied more and more.The objective of blended training is to improve the professional level and the ability of information teaching of teachers,and they can be applied to teaching practice preferably.The main research problem of this thesis is,which main factors that affect the knowledge and skills of applied training after the training for teachers? How to order the degree of importance of influence factors on the effect of training? For the reasons,the thesis researchs on blended training for teacher through literature search,questionnaire survey and teaching practice(Jingan District Lego "Innovative talents training plan" of Ministry of education in Shanghai).The thesis explores the key factors of the blended training effect and how to apply the learned skills in the practical teaching work.First of all,the thesis reviews the domestic and foreign research on the factors affecting the training effectiveness and expounds the theory of teacher training,including teacher training,training transfer theory and related training model,for example,Badwin&Ford training effect model,Ke’s four level evaluation model.Second,through the literature research and questionnaire survey,an empirical analysis on the Lego project training in the Jingan District has been also made.By investigating the Lego project training questionnaire results,specific situation of the training teachers’ training skills in school teaching and their views on the importance of the factors affecting training effectiveness have been studied.Survey of questionnaire finds out that the design of training project,the individual characteristics of the teacher trainees,the attitude of the staffs,the support of the leaderships and the working environments have significant influence on the improvements of the teaching level of the trained teachers to use information technologies.In the last,by finding out the main factors that influence the training effect and the importance of each factor,the author provides some suggestions and routes to improve and promote the teacher training in the future.In conclusion,there are three innovations in this paper.Firstly,the five main factors that influence the effectiveness of teacher training are analyzed by using the training mode and obtained a credible conclusion.The results show that the design of the training project and the attitude of the colleague,the average of the two factors reach a higher level.In the training,teachers should pay attention to the needs of research and optimization of the training content.The skills training not only attach importance to personal development,but also pay attention to team performance.Colleagues formed a good atmosphere of mutual learning and cooperation,which can promote the training effectiveness.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the training process and training effect of Lego and the actual effect of the blended training is confirmed.It confirmed the advantages of blended training in skill training,and provided training methods for training teachers to improve the training effect.Thirdly,the leadership support and colleague attitude in the school environment have also listed and analyzed as the influencing factors of training,and the scope of blended training has been expand. |
