The Relationship Between Unintentional Empathy,Trait Empathy,State Empathy And Interpersonal Cooperation

Since modern times,researchers are increasingly studying individual pro-social behavior,interpersonal cooperation,the main behavior characteristic of individual Pro-social behavior,,plays an important role in individual social adaptation and development.Empathy,which is an important variable in Interpersonal communication,generally can be divided into state of empathy and trait empathy.Recently,researchers have put forward the automatic and controlled processes of empathy,and define it as unintentional empathy and intentional empathy,it has certain correlation with interpersonal adaptation.Previous domestic study didn't measure unintentional in the practical method,and questionnaire survey to investigate the trait empathy and interpersonal relations of cooperation are used more frequently.This study is to draw lessons from foreign Multinomial processing tree model separation unintentional empathy,explore the relation between unintentional empathy,trait empathy,the state empathy and interpersonal cooperation,manipulation of empathy,to find out the state of empathy and causation of interpersonal cooperation.Secondary vocational school students,which is different from common high school students,the interpersonal adaptation should be taken seriously.This study is divided into three parts.Study 1.Learn from the pain identification task(PIT),a continuous starting task,and the pain of the target experience.Using multinomial model,it can be divided into three kinds of performance: the mutual affection of the target stimulus,namely the correct response to the four target stimuli(intentional empathy);The empathy for initiating stimulus is the correct response to both target stimuli and the wrong response to both target stimuli(unintentional empathy);And the bias against the target,the two correct responses to the target stimulus and the two wrong responses(response bias).The results showed that the relationship between the two subjects was positively correlated with the relationship between the two subjects.In study 2,draw lessons from continuous startup tasks and Chicken Game task isregarded as interpersonal cooperation experiment,to test 60 subjects unintentional empathy and interpersonal cooperation,the results show that indivisuals who share high level of empathy significantly choose interpersonal cooperation.Study three is experimental research study,a total of 180 subjects,divided into empathy induced group,control group and nocontrol group,empathy induced by audio empathy,results show that the induced empathy group had significantly higher interpersonal cooperation behavior.Based on the above studies,the following conclusions can be mainly drawn:1.There is a significant positive correlation between secondary vocational students' unintentional empathy and trait empathy;2.There is a significant positive correlation between individuals' unintentional empathy,trait empathy,state empathy and interpersonal cooperative behavior;3.High empathy group has significantly higher interpersonal cooperation behaviors.
