Research On The Influencing Factors Of Promoting The New Generation Migrant Workers' Employment Ability

The new generation of migrant workers and their families is main body of the Chinese city,the supply side reform is a major innovation to lead the new economic norm,In the labor force,supply side reforms in order to enhance the quality of the property inventory,the strategy of human capital are closely related to 160 million and the new generation of migrant workers.Under the background of fierce competition,they are facing the problems of social development,promote the generation of migrant workers employment ability to help them integrate into the society is a very important topic.Based on the literature review and the evaluation on the employment ability of Fugate reference model,focused on the workers employment ability,in order to evaluate the new generation of migrant workers,we analysis from the four dimensions(human capital,social capital,occupation identity and the fitness of the individual employment ability).While focusing on their employability,the paper explores the influence of external factors(family environment,employment policy and rights protection policy)on they through multiple regression model.The results show that the number of family members,father's education level,family social capital,enterprise performance evaluation policy,enterprise training policy,enterprise compensation policy,social insurance policy and social housing policy has a significant effect on them,but the employment capacity influencing the dimensions of human capital,occupation,personal identity and adaptability the social capital has obvious differences.The family environment factors have a significant impact on the human capital dimensions of the new generation of migrant workers,and the enterprise employment policy mainly affects the professional identity and individual adaptability of the new generation of farmers.The rights and interests guarantee policy has significant influence on the social capital and professional identity of the new generation of migrant workers.Finally,from micro individual,meso enterprise and macro government level,the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations to improve human capital,individual skills and rights and interests protection.
