Research On The Cooperation Between Primary And Secondary Schools And Youth Football Clubs In Huaibei City Under The Theory Of Synergy

Over the recent years,with the great attention of the Party and the country and the implementation of the national strategy of the campus football,activities on campus football have been carried out enthusiastically throughout China.As the main body of campus football activities,middle and primary schools have a very important position in affecting the implementation and enforcement of campus football policies.After a period of development,campus football in middle and primary schools in Huaibei City has made some achievements,but there are also some problems.As an important product of the market economy,with the help and drive of campus football policy,youth football clubs constantly develop and grows,and actively participate in the campus football activities.It has become a very common phenomenon that middle and primary schools cooperate with youth football clubs to carry out youth football activities,which has played a positive role in the development of campus football.However,due to the short start time,policy and system barriers,and uneven distribution of benefits,a series of problems have begun to appear,restricting the development of the two to a higher level.This study takes the cooperation between middle and primary schools and youth football clubs in Huaibei City as the research object and adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,case analysis,and other research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation and main problems of cooperation between middle and primary schools and youth football clubs in Huaibei City.The research contents include the theoretical basis and application of synergetics,the investigation and analysis of system characteristics,subsystems,and cooperative development status by using self-organization methodology and the analysis and construction of collaborative mechanism based on synergetics theory.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The cooperation between middle and primary schools and youth football clubs in carrying out campus football activities has the characteristics of openness,far from equilibrium,fluctuation mechanism,and nonlinear correlation.2.There are some problems in the development of campus football activities in middle and primary schools in Huaibei City,such as an insufficient number of teachers and weak professionalism.youth football clubs have certain advantages in football teachers,teaching and training,competition and exchanges,and personnel training,but lack of students.These factors provide the necessity and possibility for cooperation between the two.3.Based on the analysis of synergetics theory,it is concluded that the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and youth football clubs to carry out youth football activities has the characteristics of openness,far from equilibrium,fluctuation mechanism,nonlinear correlation and other self-organization.The coordination system should make full use of self-organization.The operation realizes complementary advantages and coordinated development.4.The order parameters of the coordination mechanism between middle and primary schools and youth football clubs are obtained by using the theory of synergetics,namely,policy guidance,market rules,basic support,talent training,and recognition of the value of educating people,and constitute the main content of the synergistic dynamic mechanism between middle and primary schools and youth football clubs.5.Using synergetic theory,the cooperative guarantee mechanism between primary and secondary schools and youth football clubs is constructed from three aspects: information platform,coordination organization,and interest guarantee.Combined with the problems existing in the cooperation between middle and primary schools and youth football clubs in Huaibei City and the coordination mechanism,this study puts forward corresponding optimization strategies: improve the coordination system construction between middle and primary schools and youth football clubs;take the introduction of sports and education integration policy as an opportunity to achieve coordination and integration;improve the governance of youth football clubs;carry out moral education and football education throughout the cooperation system.
