| On January 26,2015,the state council examined and approved the overall plan,the reform of Chinese football,clearly put forward to strengthen the school sports work pays special attention to the youth football,important indicator spirit,adhere to the combination of body,keen on reform and innovation,promote the campus football popularization,promote the development of the youth physical fitness,comprehensive,consolidate national football talent base.With the reform scheme,each school due to objective conditions,teachers and other objective factors,some football activities held by school courses or not,but all kinds of juvenile football club have sprung up,due to the lack of the related system,market regulation,and many other factors,lead to serious confusion of football club in the market.Based on the current situation of juvenile football club of Beijing north of Beijing district investigation and analysis,this paper sums up the existing problems,and between club and on this basis,put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions,the rectification of juvenile football club for Beijing and even the whole country to provide the corresponding reference opinions.Article using the questionnaire method,mathematical statistics,the methods of documentary,interview method,the present situation has carried on the investigation and analysis,the following conclusions:1 Beijing north three juvenile football club is in the country to develop the campus football was born under the background,the operation mode of the three clubs mostly autonomous enrolment and cooperate with the school two modes is given priority to,both do not exist in isolation,but rather complementary to each other.2 Beijing north three juvenile football club recruit students approach the promotion to the ground,the school admissions and agencies as the auxiliary pattern of recruit students,students characteristics in the majority with 8-9 years old students,students training fixed number of year is given priority to with 1-2 years,training students little over four years.3 Beijing north three juvenile football club coaches is given priority to with 18-25 year old male coaches,most of the coach graduated from professional football sports colleges,at the same time there also exist some non-sports colleges and universities,the football coaches,coachesmovement for second class athletes,there are also some level of athletes,the teaching level of coaches is given priority to with national D level coaches,there are also a few E coaches and C level coaches.4Beijing north three juvenile football club training ground distribution in densely populated residential areas,students and parents way to travel is mainly walking and cycling is given priority to,time of arrival in field for 30 minutes more,students’ parents and coaches for site facilities is relatively satisfied,at the same time there also exist some coaches in the case of facilities are not satisfied,not satisfied with the reason for more playing field turf quality and other facilities.5Beijing north district three youth football club took an active part in the north region and the Beijing youth league,and obtained the excellent result,the output of the reserve talented person mainly into the common and key middle school,at the same time,the part of the club to take diversified mode of transport,send students to the professional football club for professional and amateur sports school football training. |
