In the 1980s,With the development of the global economy,society and culture,the information level is improving,developed countries such as Britain and the United States,have come to realize that the new public administration theory has its drawbacks in promoting government work,public government work is very difficult,In order to cope with the needs of The Times,in the developed world,there has been a great reform movement,reform is more about the public interest,pay more attention to public services,after more than a decade of reform,the public services of developed countries such as the United States and Britain have made remarkable achievements.With the rapid development of global network informationization,developed countries,such as the US and Europe,Australia and South Korea,have stepped up their efforts to promote e-government and government information,further promote the government electronic and high efficiency,government information publicity is convenience and just-in-time,actively improve the government's public services functions,make government work paperless,informationization and low-cost,Continuously improve the efficiency of government affairs,reduce the government's operating costs,open government information platform,the maximum and maximum possible disclosure of all kinds of information,increase awareness and participation of enterprises,social organizations,and the public in government affairs,increase the enthusiasm of public participation in political and political affairs.Since the 21st century,the global Internet has been growing rapidly,productivity has been rising,and the demand for data has increased,the public demand for data and information is more and more intense,the United States,Australia,European Union and other developed countries with the help of the Internet platform,seize the moment,successively set up open government data network platform,open,publish and share data information in time,at the same time,developing applications that allow the public to browse and use data anytime,anywhere,improve the application value of the data.At present,our government's statistical reform is advancing,improving the efficiency of government affairs,public service level and statistical quality is the key to reform.However,the long-term pattern of traditional statistical work is deeply rooted,the open data of our government is still in its infancy,The public channels and methods of government information are still relatively narrow,traditional statistical methods are imperfect,the laws and regulations are not sound,the data collection processing is slow,and the data distribution is lagging behind,the data quality is not high,the problem of low service levels has not yet been solved,the authority of the statistics has been questioned by the public,and the credibility of the statistics department has been hit hard.In this context,this paper is based on new public service theory,e-government theory and government information disclosure theory,use the method of theoretical analysis,literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,discusses the development process and the existing problems of China's traditional government statistical work,and analyze the cause of the problem,through drawing on the United States,Australia and other developed countries successful experience,from the perspective of lateral reform and longitudinal reform,comprehensively analyze the reform direction of the government statistics under the age of big data,put forward same suggestions such as to build unified comprehensive platform,innovative data analysis model,improve the data release system,build a unified statistical and legal system,further improve the quality of statistics,ensure the accuracy and accuracy of the data,and speed up the construction of modern service government statistics.
