Teachers,as high emotional workers their emotional labor strategies in the progress of teaching not only affect their mental&physical health and job performance, but also have a greater impact on students' mental&physical health and academic achievement.Although the concept of"emotional labor" has been proposed for nearly 40 years,it had not been a special subject in education research until the mid-1990s.Hargreaves once reminded the education community that teachers' emotional labor is at the core of teaching, learning, and leadership. And teachers' emotions must be recognized and focused in education policies.School leaders and reformers must provide teachers with conditions that enable them to establish emotional connections and emotional understandings with their students. As an important organization in the national system, the occupational health status of school teachers and the quality of education are inseparable. Therefore, their emotional labor conditions are more worthy of studying. The purpose of this paper is to use the existing domestic and foreign empirical research literature on the emotional labor of teachers as the research object,to use meta-analysis to analyze the interrelationships among various documents,so as to excavate the relevant factors of the teachers' emotional labor and put forward an integration model of teacher's emotional labor. At last, reveals the inspiration in theoretical research and management practice. After using meta-analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1)The four dimensions of emotional intelligence including self-emotional awareness, emotional evaluation of others, emotional management are moderately positively correlated with the deep behavior of emotional labor, and only emotional use is weakly positively correlated with surface behavior;2)Positive emotions are moderately positively correlated with deeper behaviors;3)Teaching effectiveness of self-efficacy is strongly positively correlated with deeper behaviors;4)There is a strong positive correlation between professional values, professional affiliation, professional behaviors and deep behaviors in professional identity;5)Social support is moderately positively correlated with deep behavior;6)The superficial behavior of emotional labor is weakly positively correlated with the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.Deep behavior is moderately weakly negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and is moderately negatively correlated with depersonalization;7)There is a weak negative correlation between surface behavior and job satisfaction, while a positive correlation is found between deep behavior and job satisfaction;8)There is a weak negative correlation between superficial behavior and organizational citizenship behavior, and there is a moderate positive correlation between deep behavior and organizational citizenship behavior;9)There is a moderate positive correlation between superficial behavior and teacher-student interaction, and a strong positive correlation between deep behavior and teacher-student interaction;10)There is a moderate positive correlation between deep behavior and organizational commitment. To sum up,this paper has extracted an integrated model of teachers'emotional labor. This model not only reflects the relevant factors of teachers' emotional labor, but also reveals the research focus and research trends in the field of teachers' emotional work so far,and to provide inspiration for future theoretical research and management practices.
