Emotional labor is the course during which for the organization goal the staff adjust their emotional feelings and emotional performance .Emotional labor is a new field of Western organization behavior study , at present it has aroused the interest of academic research in China. With the social and economics devoloping, the education aim that is to train workers with efficiency and strictness during the industrial period, has been replaced by providing personalized services with flexibility and difference in post-industrial era. In the teaching service system, although teaching skills and professional knowledge is important, the fact that kindergarten teachers as a career full of emotion can not be ignored .Therefore, kindergarten teachers emotional labor research is precisely based on the humanities concern and on the care of teacher's internal needs. After analyzing the domestic and international related emotional labor research literature, I combed the emotional labor's related concept and theory ,stated the purpose of my research . By the interview, the questionnaire and other research methods mainly questionnairing 466 teachers from 12 different kindergarten in the middle area as the object of this study, I carried out preliminary study to teachers'emotional labor way and the correlated variable .By the help of SPSS 13.0 and Aoms 5.0,I used analysis of variance ,correlation analysis ,regression analysis and structural equation model to anaylize and discuss the emotional labor and their influencing factors .The results showed that :1. On the whole, kindergarten teachers'emotional labor intensity is on the superior level .Deep acting is higher than surface acting .2. The emotional labor presents in the population statistic variable: The marital status ,the school record ,the working life ,the duty ,the garden nature ,the wage level are important factors to teachers'emotional labor ; age do not have remarkable influence to emotional labor.3.Related factors presents :In the emotional adjustment the re-evaluation ,in the organization atmosphere the together behavior and in occupation pledge the sentiment pledge affects teachers' emotional deep acting ; while in the emotional adjustment the expression suppresses ,in the organization atmosphere leader'limitation behavior and teachers'intimate behavior affects teachers'surface acting.Based on the result, we should strengthen'humanist'management idea ,and help teachers to better handle their inappropriate emotion in work from social environment ,the kindergarten organizations ,teachers ,and other personal psychological adjustment aspects . At the same time ,manager should also pay attention to some potential problem ,understand teachers'emotional state .Owing to this ,we can take positive action to prevent negative effects.
