Ideological and political education have social value and individual value, which is in accordance with the division of the value subject.The individual value of ideological and political education is the starting point and destination of ideological and political education.It attaches great importance to the value of people, promoting people’s all-round development is the fundamental purpose of it.However,the ideological and political education in China has been too much emphasis on the social value of ideological and political education, but despise or even neglect the individual value of it.Too much emphasis on the social value, ignoring the value of individual’s existence and realization, will influence and restrict the educational function of ideological and political education.With the continuous development of China’s socialist construction, ideological and political education,whose object is to educate people, start to think about how to meet the needs of individual development, how to improve the quality of people, how can make ideological and political education the internal needs of people, the answer is that we must pay attention to the individual value of ideological and political education, and put efforts to promote the realization of the individual value of ideological and political education.In the autumn of 2008, colleges welcomed the first batch of students which was born in the 1990’s, the "90" students, will gradually become the main body of university students. "90" students affected by the growing environment, showing some characteristics of their own, which bring challenges to the ideological and political education.The realization of personal values become many "90" college students’ goal. So study on the individual value of ideological and political education of “90”college students has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This thesis consists of five parts, the specific contents are as follows:The first part, introduction. In this part, respectively expounds the background, research status at home and abroad, research significance, research ideas and methods, and research’s difficulty and innovation.The second part, the paper discusses the individual value of ideological and political education. This part starts from the concept of value, analyzes the concept of the value of ideological and political education and the individual value of ideological and political education, on the basis of this,discusses the content of individual value of college students’ ideological and political education and analyzes the research of the theoretical basis and practical basis on individual value of ideological and political education.The third part, make an overview of the "90" college students from the two aspects of meaning and characteristic.The fourth part, analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the realization of individual value of ideological and political education of 90"college students. Namely the ideological and political education, ideological and political education existence environment and the "90" college students’ problems. And we analyse the reasons of it from three aspects: the negative influence of the traditional ideas, influences of the one-sided education idea in history, family, school and social education value of one-sided view and utilitarian pursuit.The fifth part, discusses the countermeasures of realization of individual value of ideological and political education of 90"college students. To achieve the individual value of ideological and political education of "90" college students, first of all, ideological and political education should insisit on the concept of people-oriented. To respect the 90" students’ psychological needs, to pay attention to individual differences of 90" college students, the ideological and political education should close to the college students’ fact and real life. Secondly, individual value of ideological and political education should pay more attention to the realization of the individual. To improve the "90" college students’ knowledge and understanding of the individual value of ideological and political education, to strengthen the "individual awareness of the value of the" 90 "college students, cultivate individual subjectivity 90" students.Then, enrich and improve the content of ideological and political education. Let the content of ideological and political education with times and levels. Next, using the different and flexible methods of ideological and political education. Theory and practice education should be combined, the emotion education, and play the role of the network ideological and political education.
