Research On The Behavior Of Social Work Majors To Choose Practice Institutions

With the rapid development of economy and society,the need for social work in social construction is more and more urgent.Under the promotion of government policies,social work has entered a new stage of development,and there will be higher requirements for the construction of social work professionals.At present education of social work in the university,profession-practice as a kind of special practical teaching method,widely used in the social work education.They make arrangements for profession-practice as visiting,workshops,and other centralized concentrated practice,besides social work is also on the concern of practice,so it makes necessary for the study of social work profession-practice.The social work practice research for social work practice and social work practice satisfaction including professional practice and internship intern fusion mechanism in the process of practice,help them acquire professional growth to improve practical skills,the research in the practice of ethics,and to practice before the start of intern choice behavior of training institutions is slightly insufficient.The author thinks that the interns' willingness to participate in internship and the effect of internship,interns' satisfaction with professional practice are related to the choice of internship institutions.As a first step in professional practice,it is the subject of this study to choose the practice of the practice.Based on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of social work majors who have learned social work,this study attempts to study the factors that influence interns' choice of practice organization based on the theory of planned behavior.Firstly,through quantitative research methods,combined with the theory of planned behavior model and build the model of the study,put forward to the hypothesis on the system of theory of planned behavior consist with the behavior of attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control,objective factors and demographic feature,then use statistical methods for data analysis,and finally,take use of case work of qualitative research methods to supplement arguments for the hypothesis,and draw the final conclusion.At the end of the article,some suggestions are put forward for the social work profession-practice arrangement in Colleges and universities,so as to provide some suggestions for the optimization of professional practice.
