In recent years,China has made significant achievements in sports development and physical health among young people, but the rates of obesity, overweight and poor eyesight among young people continue to increase, and it is imperative to attach great importance to the development of sports habits and healthy lifestyles among young people.Badminton training is an important position to develop young people's interest in badminton and to master sports skills,as well as an important way to guide and motivate young people to form long-term regular physical exercise habits. Therefore, the factors influencing the participation of young people in badminton training should be explored at an individual and psychological level, based on the promotion of good badminton skills and good sports habits.Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors on youth participation in badminton training.Taking 491 young people aged 7-15 participating in badminton training in Changsha as the survey object,it adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and structure Equation model analysis and other research methods explore the potential relationships between participation attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control factors, and youth participation intentions andparticipation behavior stages in badminton training under the framework of planned behavior theory.Research indicates:(1)Attitudes,subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and intention to participate in training for badminton training in the framework of the theory of planned behavior exist in grades, duration of participation, purpose of participation, manner of class, frequency of participation, and behavior stage of participation in training Significant differences. There was no significant difference in gender and training during the winter and summer vacations.(2)Adolescents participating in badminton training attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control can explain 62.3% of participation intentions.Participative attitudes and perceived behavioral control are the key variables that affect participation intentions, and subjective norms have less influence.(3)The explanatory power of the variables of the theory of planned behavior to the youth's participation in the behavior stage of badminton training reached a “ moderate influence”.Participation intention is the only factor that can significantly predict the behavioral stage of youth participation in badminton training.A total of 16.9% of the variability can be predicted and explained.(4)Based on the framework of planned behavior theory, the model map of the factors affecting the participation of badminton training inyoung people has a good fit,and the initial hypothesis model has a good agreement with the sample data. The action path of “ participation attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control ? participation intention ? participation in training behavior stage” all showed a significant positive impact, and the role path of “ perceived behavior control ? participation in training behavior stage” was not significant.Research recommendations:(1)Institutional level: attach great importance to project publicity and stimulate active participation attitudes and intentions;(2)family level: give full play to the role of subjective norms and cultivate good exercise habits.(3)Association level: Focus on creating badminton competitions and cultivate young badminton soil.
