With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the country pays more and more attention to the improvement of people's quality of life, and has raised the national fitness to the national strategic level.Although the importance of physical exercise in promoting physical health and quality of life has been fully affirmed, this cognitive information alone is usually not enough to promote college students to form a positive and healthy lifestyle.Due to the lack of daily exercise, the health status of this group is not optimistic. How to improve the exercise behavior of college students and promote the connotative development of their physical and mental health has become a topic of common concern to the whole society. It is of great significance for accurate explanation and prediction of exercise behavior to deeply explore the factors that affect the relationship between exercise intention and behavior according to group characteristics. In view of the above reasons, this study is based on the perspective of the theory of planned behavior to intervene in college students' exercise behavior.124 college students were selected as experimental subjects, and the diary method was used for a 14-day longitudinal follow-up to investigate the dynamic process of exercise behavior influenced by four core variables of planned behavior theory and implementation intention.During this period, through experimental manipulation of the implementation intention, the subjects were promoted to make plans, anchoring effect was used to help the subjects to clear their goals, attempt to bridge the intention-behavior gap, improve the explanatory power of the model, and provide a reference basis for relevant intervention research.Multi-layer linear model analysis of relevant data shows that:(1)The four variables of planned behavior theory, behavioral attitude, perceptual behavior control, subjective norm and behavioral intention, have significant predictive effects on exercise behavior, and behavioral intention mediates the effects of behavioral attitude and perceptual behavior control on exercise behavior.(2)The intention to implement significantly positively predicted exercise time. The daily average exercise time and exercise times of fine anchor group were significantly higher than those of coarse anchor group. The formation of implementation intention can significantly improve exercise behavior.Using anchoring effect and setting fine anchor can make the target clearer, form clearer implementation intention, and participate in exercise for longer time.(3)Perceptual behavior control and implementation intention have significant interaction with tracking days.A strong sense of perceived behavior control or a clear implementation intention can improve the daily cumulative exercise duration of individuals and promote the stable and continuous occurrence of exercise behavior.
