Objective: This article will prepare for the 13 th National Games of Jiangxi Men's Canoeing Team,combining the four games of the Winter Training,Summer Training and Championships,Championships,National Games Preliminaries,and National Games.The athletes' individual lactic acid thresholds,year-round training sessions,and post-competition blood lactic acid tests were conducted to explore the characteristics of changes in blood lactic acid and the relationship between blood lactic acid and performance during the men's kayakers' preparation for the war,and to explore the blood lactic acid monitoring in Jiangxi Province.The feasibility and effectiveness of the project's exercise load will provide a scientific basis for future training plans for kayakers in Jiangxi Province in order to improve the athletes' competitive results.Research objects and methods: 11 excellent men's kayakers in Jiangxi Province Water Sports Center,12 second-line athletes of men's kayak team in Jiangxi Province Water Sports Center,and 14 students majoring in physical education in Jiangxi Normal University.Blood lactic acid was tested using a blood lactic acid tester.Statistical methods were independent sample T test,paired sample T test,Pearson correlation analysis,significance level p ? 0.05.result:(1)In the stress-increasing test,there was no significant difference in blood lactate values between the excellent athletes and the second-line athletes' blood lactic acid values from the quiet time to the incremental load of all levels of 300W;they were all at 2,5,8 and 10 min after exercise.There are significant differences.Compared with blood lactic acid of excellent athletes and sports students,there was a significant difference at 100 W,p<0.05;at 200 W and 250 W,there was a very significant difference of p<0.01.The difference in blood lactate values betweensecond-line athletes and sports students was significant at 50 W,150W,200 W,and250W,p<0.05.The difference in individual lactate thresholds between elite athletes and second-line athletes has a very significant difference of p<0.01;there is a significant difference p<0.05 between elite athletes and physical education students.The clearance rate of lactic acid for elite athletes was 0.45 mmol/L/min,the clearance rate for second-line athletes was 0.30 mmol/L/min,and the sports student was 0.23mmol/L/min.(2)Monitoring of blood lactate under aerobic,mixed oxygen,and anaerobic training loads during normal training sessions.After 11 km of water aerobic training,blood lactic acid was 2.58 mmol/L.After 2000 m aerobic test,blood lactic acid value was 7.83 mmol/L and 7.49 mmol/L.After the winter training and summer training anaerobic training paired sample T test,the results showed that the difference was not significant,p>0.05.There was a significant difference in blood lactic acid concentration between oxygenated blood and lactic acid at 1000 m in the winter training oars before the mixed oxygen and in the summer training trials,p<0.05.(3)The relationship between the score of the game and blood lactate.The blood lactate values at 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the 1000-meter tournament were14.36 mmol/L and 14.23 mmol/L,respectively,which were positively correlated with the 1000-meter race results(P<0.05);the blood lactate values were 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the 200-meter tournament.At 14.36 mmol/L and 14.23 mmol/L,the blood lactate value was negatively correlated with the competition results after a200-meter tournament,and was significantly correlated with 10 min after exercise(P<0.05).The blood lactate levels at 5 min and 10 min after the 1000 m race in the championship match are 13.98mmol/L and 12.12mmol/L.The blood lactate values at5 min and 10 min after the 1000 m match are negatively correlated with the results;the blood lactate levels at 5min and 10 min after the 200 m match The values were8.97mmol/L and 7.35mmol/L.After the 200 m match in the championship,5min after exercise,the blood lactate value of 10 min was negatively correlated with the results.in conclusion:(1)Laboratory tests show that different levels of athletes have differentcapacities to bear loads.Under low exercise load,the differences in blood lactate levels between athletes of different levels are not significant.With the continuous increase in exercise load,different athletes' blood lactic acid The difference in value becomes more and more obvious.Excellent athletes are better than second-line athletes,and second-tier athletes are better than sports students.There was no significant difference in the blood lactate peak between the three groups of athletes,but there was a significant difference in the lactic acid scavenging capacity.The elite athletes had the fastest lactic acid clearance rate and had a strong recovery ability after exercise.Individual athletes' lactic acid threshold is higher than that of second-line athletes and sports majors.(2)There was no significant difference in blood lactic acid training between winter and summer training athletes on land anaerobic training,indicating that athletes' lactic acid tolerance did not change significantly during winter training and summer training.There was a significant difference in blood lactic acid during the three 1000-meter mixed oxygen training of the winter training paddles and the summer training trials.The 1,000-millimeter blood lactate in the summer training trials was higher than in the winter training paddles,indicating that the summer exercise intensity increased.(3)After the increasing load exercise,the rate of lactate clearance at 5 minutes and 10 minutes after the tournament and championship matches showed that the rate of lactic acid clearance was fastest after increasing the load,and the lactic acid speed after Championship Championship was fast.This may be due to the fact that athletes immediately stopped their movements and rested without any other physical activity after the increase in load.However,the slow rate of lactic acid clearance after the game may be due to the high psychological and physiological burdens that are required to bear during the competition.(4)Looking at the results of the four competitions and the whole year's training sessions and blood lactic acid after the game shows that: whether in the short distance or long distance planning,whether training or competition,the blood lactate value and performance of the athletes after training and after the competition Relevance ispresent,generally showing negative correlation,that is,the higher the blood lactate value after training or competition,the shorter the athletes' training and competition time,and the better the competition results.
