The domestic and foreign scholars although proposed about the experimental viewpoint which aerobic metabolism transforms to the anaerobic metabolism, also proposed the pyruvic acid transportation and the lactic acid transportation equally all needs monocarxoylate transporter, the two has each one different transportation mechanism, but tests have the accurate reply to transformation mechanism which the aerobic metabolism change to the anaerobic metabolism, only was has provided the research reference.The literature has not been reported about the discovery at present, that change of pyruvic acid and the lactic acid in blood from the human body overall level observation during the treatmill increase progressively load movement and under the high movement intensity the pyruvic acid change, This article observes and carries on the preliminary attempt from this angle, for providing the experimental clue about transformation mechanism of aerobic metabolism to the anaerobic metabolism.(1) Using the bigger human movement intensity during the treatmill movement to do the research further to observe the lactic acid and pyruvic acid in entire increases progressively load movement tendency to change deficiently.(2) Incremental loads of young men run through the treatmill campaign to try to observe pyruvate changes throughout the campaign process, and make further inferred on the property of pyruvate transferout the membrane.(3) The adoption of the experimental observation the relationship among the intravenous pyruvate , pH value, and lactic acid on the largest movement of intensityMethod: Extracts 15 specialized soccers team members for the movement group;Frequently participate in the movement the non-athlete 12 named contrast group. (2) The control group's lactic acid (4.06±0.921mmol/L) piles up in the blood appears 65%—75% v~O2 max, the movement group (5.96±1.17mmol/L) appears 75%— 85% tO2 max ? The pyruvic acid graph rise slope is slow, the phenomenon suddenly point of increase such lactic acid inflection point has not appear, showed in vivo pyruvic acid slowly enters the blood. Movement group blood pyruvic acid throughout maintains the low level compares the comparison group. (3) The blood pyruvic acid value not appears sharp point , graphics slope gently, even when lactic acid threshold. Two groups from 55% VO2max the pyruvic acid value remarkably are higher than the rest. (4). In the voluntary participation who take part in biggest load of treatmill test, had 6 men between 85%-95% VO2max appears the sharp point of pyruvic acid. At point PH value is 7.206, the average lactic acid value was 10.94mmol.When above 85% ^O2 max, when pH is lower than 7.206 and lactic acid is more thanl0.94mmol/L, has the possibility to appear pyruvic acid to flow out the cell membrane, the density suddenly elevates in the blood. Either because the cell membrane damage is the result of, either becomes replaces the necessity which the lactic acid energizes. Prompt pyruvic acid leaves the membrane may provide the theory basis of transformation mechanism which aerobic metabolism to anaerobic metabolism, the phenomenon that pyruvic acid flow out the membrane have the bigger research significance.Conclusions: Through the human treatmill whole experiment to explain that pyruvic acid slowly enters the blood in the entire movement process. Movement group blood pyruvic acid throughout maintains the low level compares the comparison group. When pH is 7.206 and more than 85% VO2max> and lactic acid is more than 10.94mmol/L, there might be phenomenon that pyruvic acid leave cell membrane to release into the blood substantially, pyruvic acid become necessary to replace the lactic acid for proving energy.
