Aerobics is a combination of gymnastics,dance and music as one of the aerobic sports,it has a distinctive rhythm,flexible action,consistent with the psychological characteristics and spiritual needs of today's students new and different,in the implementation of quality education,the discipline also plays an invaluable and irreplaceable role.At present,the aerobics movement in two aspects,the development of our country mainly relies on campus teaching and folk club aerobics development in campus mainly concentrated in universities,and in the middle school sports classroom has been difficult to develop.Difference teaching is a very fit current situation of China's education teaching idea,the application of difference teaching to middle school aerobics class,enriches the theory and method of Aerobics Teaching in middle schools in China,the optimization of middle school aerobics teaching quality,improve middle school aerobics teaching effect,promote the all-round development of students.The text uses the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis,the differences of teaching theory,in the classroom application of difference teaching strategies of middle school aerobics,has developed a complete set of different teaching programs,and verify the teaching effect by experiment.In order to difference teaching in the middle school aerobics program provides a template to the campus in the aerobics teaching workers to reference.The conclusions obtained in this paper are: 1 according to the difference teaching theory and method,designed a complete teaching program of Aerobics in middle school;2 according to the concept of differential teaching,a new grouping method of "gear grouping" is put forward;3 in the application of differential teaching,the examination of student differences is dynamic,and the use of difference runs through the whole process of teaching;4 the application of differential teaching promotes the students' cognition and interest in aerobics;5 the application of differential teaching promotes the independent and cooperative ability in the aerobics class,and the aesthetic and creative ability,so as to promote the all-round development of students;6 the difference teaching in middle school aerobics application for obese,thin,introverted students self-esteem,self-confidence to set up and aerobics participation has obvious effect.
