"The ordinary high school physical education and health educationcurriculum standards (experimental)"emphasizes——that "we it is extremelyimportant to pay attention to students’ duty of being educated, to promotestudents’ physical and psychological condition and to ensure their abilities tohealthy, harmony adapt to the social life."In recent years, health, strength, andbeauty are the character Aerobics and loved by more and more high schoolstudents after the implementation of Sunshine Sports. In order to make this trendbenefit more students and help them to learn the ability to adapts the aboveabilities, This study investigated and analyzed the current status of six highschools, which offer aerobics courses, in Lintao County, the study found thataerobics aerobics-teaching situation and teaching effectiveness of each LintaoCounty High School is not optimistic. There are some improvement space inaerobics teaching content, methods and means, students and teachers’ awarenessof sports aerobics, aerobics teacher, space equipment and other aspects.This article,“Research and Analysis about the Calisthenics Education in highschools at Lintao County”, targets on6high schools in Lintao County and focuson it calisthenics education. It researched and analyzed the current and possiblefuture situation about this issue. The author utilized the literature analysis,questionnaire survey, interviews, mathematical statistics analysis to analysis thecurrent situation. In order to figure out how important different parties, the schoolmanagement teams, teachers and students, think about calisthenics education, theauthor interviewed all parties and did research about their course contents,teachers’ qualification, school facilities and some other perspectives.Due to solve the problems found, the author raised the following solutions:1)update educational philosophy, clear the teaching objectives.2)improveteaching content and upgrade teaching facilities.3)improve the traditionalteaching model to increase students’ interest in learning.4)strengthening aerobicsteaching team.5)improve the rational use of aerobics and teaching facilities.6)establish a reasonable and complete aerobics evaluation system.
