The development of new rural construction,the phenomenon of uneven distribution of countries in order to improve the urban and rural teachers,distributing the many teachers with urban hukou to rural areas,most of them are living in the city,this batch of teachers to work in the countryside.Can the teachers adapt to the work of rural primary school teachers? Are you comfortable teaching in the countryside? The study of this problem can help us better understand the home in the city and rural primary school teachers in rural,the unique identity of problems faced,in order to this batch of new teachers group provides a feasible way.This paper adopted the "quality" in the study of sociology research methods,based on the method of observation and interview method,try to use a new perspective of "outsiders" and "insiders",sums up the problems of the rural primary school teachers' role and explanation.First of all,the self-understanding of the identity of the primary school teachers who teach in the city and in the countryside is the source of the exploration.Secondly,the self-tracking of the identity of the primary school teachers who teach in the city and in the countryside;Finally,the author systematically sorted out and refined the status of the primary school teachers who taught in the cities.By presenting six home and taught in rural primary school teachers in the city story,summarizes its own identity path debugging situation,in order to help the teachers to adapt to the life of teachers in rural as soon as possible,for rural teachers post,steadfast teaching in the countryside.By families in the city primary school teachers in rural identity research,hoping to cause social for this batch of new rural teacher group,and then some on teacher policy set,this batch of new teachers group this identity of rural primary school teachers have a positive identity.
