Teachers are the first communicators of teaching,and a reasonable composition of teacher team is a necessary condition for the balanced development of education.Rural primary school is an important part of rural basic education,the construction of its teacher team is related to the development of rural basic education,it has an important impact on the realization of the goal of education modernization in China.Accurately understanding the situation of teacher team of rural primary school,optimizing the teacher team,and creating a teacher team that has strong ability and willing to dedicate and uphold is of great significance to the overall development of education.This study focuses on the teacher team of rural primary school in Hebei Province,and analyzes the current situation of the number,structure,and professional development of rural teachers through data analysis.Three counties were selected according to the landform features,and the interview method was used to conduct a deeply investigation on the teacher team of rural primary school in the surveyed counties,and provide examples to supplement the current situation of the teacher team of rural primary school in the province.Based on the current situation,this study explores the problems existing in the construction of the teacher team of rural primary school in Hebei Province,analyzes the factors that affect the development of teacher team,and finally proposes optimization measures.There are three problems with the teacher team of rural primary school in Hebei Province: Firstly,the number of rural teachers is insufficient.Secondly,the structure of teacher team is irrational,the education level is low,teachers with senior professional titles are aging,gender and subject structure is unbalanced.Thirdly,with regard to the professional development of rural teachers,there is a lack of consciousness and motivation for professional development,and teacher training is not formal.These problems affect the improvement of the overall quality of the teacher team of rural primary school and are not conducive to the development of rural basic education.The reasons for these problems are due to the differences in the allocation of resources between urban and rural areas,the imperfection of the teacher personnel management system,the lack of professionalism in the professional development of teachers,and the shortage of social acceptance of rural teachers.Aiming at the cause of the problem,the countermeasures to optimize the teacher team of rural primary school are put forward: promote the rational allocation of resources between urban and rural education and increase investment in rural education;reform the personnel management mechanism of the teacher team to ensure the quality and quantity of rural teacher team;establish a teacher training mechanism suitable for the professional development of rural teachers and improve their professional development capabilities;enhance rural teachers' sense of professional gain and improve their social status.
