Research On Graduation Practice Management Of Engineering Students In Applied Universities

At present,the new round of scientific and technological revolutions and industrial reforms are speeding up.The competition for comprehensive national strength is becoming more and more intense.With new technologies,new forms of industry and new industries as representatives,it is rapidly infiltrating into all aspects of human economic and social life.In the face of this form,the country has put forward national strategies such as "Made in China 2025","the Belt and Road",and "Internet Plus" in due course.Focusing on a major national development strategy,building a world-leading industrial system,realizing the sustained and stable development of our country's social economy and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,we urgently need to accelerate economic development and cultivate innovative engineering talents with practical ability and practical ability.As a major field for the training of engineering talents,applied universities should respond to national development strategies,strengthen practical teaching and improve the practical ability of engineering students.Graduation practice is an indispensable link in the practical teaching process,which has a direct impact on the quality of talent training in applied universities.In modern life,there are still many problems that need to be solved in the graduation practice management of engineering students in applied universities in China,such as the incomplete internship plan and preparatory work,the difficulty in implementing the graduation practice management system,and the fact that graduation practice assessments are in the form.Based on the careful understanding and reference of existing research results,this study uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,teacher interviews,and company research to apply the current university model to the "approach problem-analysis problem to solve the problem" logic.The status quo of graduation practice management of engineering students is studied empirically,and the management advice and countermeasures for graduation practice are perfected.The paper consists of six parts.The first part is mainly about the introduction,which expounds the background and significance of this research topic,summarizes the existing research results and the theoretical foundation statement and introduces the research objectives,research content,research methods and research technology routes.The second part outlines the management of graduation practice for engineering students in applied universities,defines key concepts and the characteristics of graduation internship management,graduates internships,and graduation internships,managed content.The third part takes Fujian University of Technology as an example,and analyzes the existing flow chart of graduation practice management by analyzing the management system of graduation practice and the current situation of graduation practice management.Through questionnaires and interviews,the current situation and existing problems in the management of graduation practice at Fujian University of Technology were summarized and the causes analyzed.The fourth part introduces the management experience of engineering students in domestic applied universities.To build a graduation practice model for engineering students of applied universities,the fifth part combines the existing flowcharts of the graduation practice of the Fujian University of Technology,and draws on the management experience of engineering students in domestic applied universities,which based on the PDCA theory and the theory of total quality management.Meanwhile,the graduation practice management improvement strategies in this part are put forward to improve the quality of graduate internship management in applied universities.The sixth part is about the conclusions and outlooks.
