The Applied Research Of Value Engineering In University Infrastructure Projects

Along with the rapid development of Chinese universities, more and more university infrastructure construction is ongoing, but the phenomenon , advanced construction, super size construction investment and over standard construction investment, not only bring about serious waste of the national investment for universities, but aslo greatly weakened university of input-output efficiency. In such circumstances, optimization of the project structure, increase the investment efficiency, would become the main problem which must be considered in the construction.According to the characteristics of university infrastructure construction and the practical experience, I research the application of value engineering analysis in college construction projects: firstly, I study value engineering theory, analysis the possible problems of value engineering theory using in actual application, find the solution. And then, aiming at characteristics of university infrastructure construction project , I analysis the phases of decision-making, design, project implementation, establish the method of project decision-making. through the model of NCEPU examples, analysis the application of project decision-making and application scope.
