| A new round of basic education curriculum reform has been carried out for more than a decade.The History Curriculum Standard in General Senior Schools(experimental draft)puts forward revolutionary requirements for high school history teaching:the teaching objectives emphasize the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability and the cultivation of discipline accomplishment;the teaching methods stress that the classroom teaching should be dominated by the teacher,and the students are the subjects,the teacher needs to return the classroom to the students;the questions in college entrance examination become more flexible,and the amount of information also increases accordingly,examining the student’s knowledge and comprehensive ability from many aspects.Teaching materials of history have changed greatly from the aspects of arrangement,writing style and content.The content of the textbook is more colorful,lively and interesting,and the number of illustrations has been greatly increased.Illustration is an indispensable carrier of learning history,and is an essential teaching resource for history teaching.Illustration has many advantages,such as image,vivid,intuitive and so on,which helps improve students’ enthusiasm for historical learning,enhance students’ ability to obtain historical information and historical thinking ability to a certain extent.Based on the above factors,according to The History Curriculum Standard in General Senior Schools(experimental draft),the author makes full use of the relevant teaching theory knowledge,the various research results and their own teaching practice activities to determine the history of high school education as the object of this study.The author also takes "how to effectively apply the teaching materials illustrations as the starting point of the study" as the starting point of the study,using a variety of research methods such as literature research,investigation,observation,case analysis to carry on this research.This thesis consists of three parts:introduction,main part and conclusion:The main part mainly includes the classification and systematic arrangement of the illustrations in the textbook.With the questionnaire,the author can get a detailed understanding of the use of textbook illustrations by history teachers of high schools,and analyze the problems and causes occurring in teaching process.The text focuses on the application of the illustrations based on some historical teaching links.The research results of this paper mainly provide the main principles of illustration teaching:scientificity,enjoyment and representativeness.The basic method of illustration teaching is presented through the analysis of 6 kinds of illustrations including map illustrations:to obtain the overall perceptual understanding,to obtain rational knowledge and to understand the transfer of knowledge by way of understanding map.The strategy of illustration teaching is also put forward:to correct the role of textbook illustration and enhance the cooperation between teachers and students. |
