A Study On The Training Of The Coaches Of The Campus Football In Gansu

The coach is the designer,organizer,executor and supervisor in the process of sports training,education is an important player during his career with the instructor,plays an important role in sports training,the ability of the professional level,education idea,training methods and the use of modern advanced science and technology,directly affect the coaching team the quality of training,technical and tactical level and comprehensive strength.Facing the shortage of campus football coaches,increasing the training of campus football coaches,promoting coaches' continuous education and improving their comprehensive quality and ability are important tasks to promote the development of campus football in China.Based on the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the training system of campus football coaches in Gansu Province,and the main conclusions are as follows:1.The training of school football coaches in Gansu province has achieved certain results.It has initially solved the problem of shortage of campus football coaches in our province,but training is still in its initial stage,and training work is advancing in practice and exploration.2.Gansu campus football coaches training in various forms,mainly national training(campus football training of backbone teachers,coaches,training elite retired athletes training),China Association(grade D,C,B,A)coaches training,training,training in municipal level and overseas training etc..There are repeated training between different training,and the link between the training parts is not close enough.3.The training system for the grade of campus football coaches has not been established,and the training system of four level coaches for small,early,high and university has been proposed.4.Most of the training contents include three aspects,the basic theory of sports,the special knowledge of football and the special practice of football.In actual training,contents are fragmented,not systematic and complete,and all kinds of training contents do not show step like configuration.In training process,localization of training contents exists.5.The overall specialization degree of Gansu provincial school football coaches is relatively low.The average age is over 35 years,the average age is about 95% years old,and men should account for more than that.Therefore,we should further expand the training scope and focus on the grass-roots sports teachers group.6.Gansu Province Campus football coach training lecturers are few,the trainers who have training qualifications are less,mainly composed of professional teachers in Colleges and universities,and have little training for lecturers,so we should constantly communicate with and cooperate with sports departments,and strengthen the construction and training of lecturers.7.The training system of campus football coaches in Gansu is not yet perfect.There are some irregular operations,such as loose examination system,who trained for assessment,no third party involvement,special coaches training and further education system has not yet been established.The concept of "coach team" should be set up and the team of football coaches should be built.8.Coaches' online training exchange and interaction platform has not yet been established.We should make full use of network platform and self media to establish a timely,efficient and synchronized Internet training platform.
