Research On The Optimization Of The Training System Of Campus Football Coaches In China From The Perspective Of "Precise Training”

Since the school football is taken over by the Ministry of Education by the Ministry of Education in 2015,the development of the campus football in our country is such as the fire.In June,2015,the General Office of the Ministry of Education mentioned the "From 2015 to 2020,the Ministry of Education will continue to carry out special training in conjunction with the relevant departments" in the Notice of the National Special Training for the Key Teachers of the National Youth Campus,It is a curtain for the training of the school football teachers in our country.The research synthetically uses many research methods,such as literature,questionnaire and field survey,to study the training system of campus football coaches.Firstly,I consulted the relevant literature of campus football at home and abroad,focusing on the literature,data and policy documents of training of campus football teachers,to understand the current status of research on training of campus football teachers.Secondly,we compiled a questionnaire about the current situation of the training system of campus football teachers,distributed and recycled the trainees,interviewed the training managers,training lecturers and relevant experts,and analyzed the current situation and problems of the existing training system of campus football coaches led by the Ministryof Education.We found that the main problems are that the training target system is more general and the training target system is more general.The curriculum is not perfect,the training methods are not appropriate,the selection of trainees is not meticulous,and the evaluation of training effect is not scientific.Lack of coordination between the Ministry of Education and China Football Association,lack of overall training planning and layout,unclear rights and responsibilities of training subjects,confusion of responsibilities,imperfect training evaluation mechanism,imperfect training instructor team building,imperfect training incentive mechanism guarantee are the main reasons for the above problems.Based on the previous literature review and investigation,this paper combs the training objectives and training needs of Chinese campus football coaches,and proposes feasible solutions for the optimization of the training system of Chinese campus football coaches with the theoretical support of refined management ideas.According to the requirements of campus football activities,the training system of campus football coaches in China is optimized with the guiding ideology of "fine management" and "professional development of teachers".Firstly,we should standardize the division of responsibilities of training subjects and cooperate to build training operation mechanism,so as to improve training efficiency from the structural operation.Secondly,improve the training curriculum,emphasizing the pertinence andeffectiveness of training.Then,standardize the management before,during and after the training,and refine the training process.Thirdly,in the evaluation of training effect,we should improve the evaluation of trainees and introduce third-party evaluation agencies to evaluate the quality of training.Finally,we should improve the appointment and training of training instructors,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and improve the guarantee of training incentive mechanism from four aspects: the incentive mechanism for trainees,the continuing training system,the competition mechanism of training institutions and the establishment of training information management system.
