As a widely used management model,although total quality management comes from enterprises,it can be used as an organizational management model of university administrative institutions.In the junior college undergraduate college students in the process of training,improve the ability of teacher and scientific research innovation to universities'quality requirements,this is a kind of "customer satisfaction and the organization of all members and social benefit and achieve the goal of long-term success".In order to achieve this quality goal,the administrative institutions of colleges and universities can play the dual functions of service and management to the maximum extent,which plays an important role.Only in this way can we ensure the quality of teaching and scientific research,to achieve the quality standards of undergraduate institutions.To achieve this objective,upgraded colleges have taken the pressure conduction through the "administrative management" mode,trying to improve the quality of teaching and research in the short term,but not the hidden potential of the administrative management system in Colleges and universities dig.In my service upgraded colleges as an example,the reality of the situation is:although from junior college to undergraduate colleges,the school administrative management system and mode of operation is not a big change,the only change is that schools are under the school teaching and research quality of the pressure society,simply colleges and teaching the scientific research standard of direct decomposition of the staff's head,or even "quantitative assessment strictly",by the time the "pressure" to achieve the desired objectives,the past few years with little success.The reason I visited by a lot of research,the conclusion is:the service and management of teachers did not get their duties commensurate with the task,also lack of ability and environment to accomplish the desired objectives and tasks.How to solve this problem,the author inspired the implementation of total quality management idea and mode of management in service enterprises,proposed alternative models and the concept of overall quality management of Undergraduate Colleges of the administrative management mode and management concepts,and learn from successful business practices,combined with the characteristics of universities in their own understanding on the comprehensive quality management,design and implement comprehensive quality management model in the College Administration College,and explains and theoretical proof.Of course,the operation pattern of the success of total quality management research from the enterprise,but the enterprise after all colleges and universities are different,so some of the details of the core are needed to further study in the future,especially to explore and summarize the theory and practice of the process in the newly upgraded colleges in the administrative real mechanism of implementation of total quality management.It should be emphasized that the object of implementing total quality management in administrative institutions of tertiary institutions is not from the perspective of their management functions,but from the perspective of their service functions.Management is service,that this is my own service through Undergraduate Colleges and universities to carry a lot of research in the process of the conclusion,is a considerable part of the teachers to realize from college to draw directly across the undergraduate reality conclusion.
