Online asynchronous interaction is an important way to communicate between learners in online learning. From the current situation of online asynchronous interaction, there are a series of problems in learners' behavior of online asynchronous interaction, which is mainly reflected in the low incidence of behaviors, the difficulty in meeting the quality requirements of online asynchronous interactions,a deviation or error in the understanding and application of learning content, and online asynchronous interaction isn't as deep as expected, and so on.Aiming at the online asynchronous interaction behavior of learners,it is a constant concern for teachers and educational researchers that how to implement effective intervention measures.Based on the research of online asynchronous interactions and learning interventions at home and abroad, this study defines the connotations of online asynchronous interaction behaviors and learning interventions and strategies for online asynchronous interaction on behavioral interventions. It mainly uses design-based research methods, combined with content analysis methods and questionnaires, which analyzes the learners' online interaction and the effect of the intervention. After several rounds of iterative verification, modification, and improvement of the proposed online asynchronous interaction behavior intervention strategy. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Online asynchronous interaction behaviors of learners mainly include participation behaviors, cognitive behaviors, and social behaviors.Participation behaviors can be further divided into knowledge acquisition behaviors, knowledge production behaviors, knowledge negotiation behaviors, and marginal behaviors.(2)Learners show "light beginning and heavy ending" in the knowledge production behavior. Before the deadline of discussion, knowledge production behavior has a higher incidence rate but the specification was lower. The earlier the knowledge production behavior occurred, the higher the incidence of knowledge negotiation behavior is.(3)Without intervention, learners' knowledge production behavior is difficult to achieve interaction requirements. The occurrence rate of knowledge negotiation behavior is relatively low, there are more discussion activities that have no relation to the topic, and there are less rational analysis and evaluation actions. There are marginal learners as well.(4)Individual intervention in learners' online asynchronous interaction behavior usually occurs when his behavior is not standardized, and not involved in discussions, deviations or errors, obstacles to thinking, difficulties, academic risks and delays, and so on.(5)The intervention strategies of learners' online asynchronous interaction behavior mainly include prevention strategies, stimulating strategies, monitoring strategies, guiding strategies, and feedback strategies. The prevention strategy is for all learners to prevent learners from interaction issues that may arise in the four aspects of environment, technology, evaluation, and rules. The stimulating strategy is to stimulate learner's knowledge acquisition, production and negotiation behavior from the two aspects of the discussion goal and emotion. The monitoring strategy is to supervise the discussion process of the entire learner and focus on early warning of individual non-participants,as well as marginal learners who have academic risks. The guiding strategy is to improve learners' cognitive behavior through prompting information and providing scaffolds. The feedback strategy is to enhance learners' online asynchronous interaction behaviors through hierarchical evaluation, staged feedback, and personalized feedback to stimulate the improvement of learners' behavior.
