Online collaborative learning is a way of learning that is in line with the needs of talents in the 21st century.It can not only promote learners' knowledge construction,but also improve their collaborative skills.Recent years have witnessed the continuous development of online learning environment and social constructivism theory,which provides the necessary environmental conditions and theoretical basis for the organization and development of online collaborative learning.Therefore,online collaborative learning has gradually become one of the mainstream learning methods in the 21st century.In the process,learners often have different emotions,some of which are beneficial to the learning process,but the other will hinder the learning effect.If the emotions are not adjusted and managed in time,they will have a very adverse impact on the learning process,and even lead to the low learning engagement and dropping out.Therefore,appropriate regulation or management of emotions plays a very important role in improving the effect of online collaborative learning.Learners are collaborative subjects in the process of online collaborative learning.Therefore,emotion regulation and management among learners is the key factor to improve the quality of online collaborative learning.Interaction is the basic way of online collaborative learning,which includes cognitive interaction,teaching interaction,social interaction and emotional interaction.Emotional interaction is one of the components of online collaborative learning,and also the main embodiment of emotional existence.However,the current research mainly focuses on cognitive interaction,while little attention is paid to emotional interaction in online collaborative learning,thus the importance of emotional interaction are ignored,which affects online collaborative learning effect.Therefore,the present study explores the role of emotional interaction in promoting the quality of online collaborative learning.Based on the existing research status,this study adopts the following methods:literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,grounded theory method and quasi experimental research method.To explore the effect of emotional interaction among learners on the quality of online collaborative learning,The study focuses on the process mechanism of emotional interaction in online collaborative learning,emotional interaction intervention strategy in online collaborative learning,the effect of emotional interaction intervention strategy on online collaborative learning.The main contents and results are as follows:Firstly,the present study discusses the current situation of emotional interaction in online collaborative learning through descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOVA and content analysis,based on the data of emotional interaction in online collaborative learning and the text data of online collaborative learning.The results show that the quality of learners' emotional interaction in online collaborative learning is not high as a whole,and the proportion of emotional interaction is relatively small in the process of online collaborative learning,but the quality of positive emotional interaction is higher than that of negative emotional interaction.Secondly,there are differences in gender,grade and major in emotional interaction of learners in online collaborative learning.In addition,the higher the quality of emotional interaction,the more likely it is to trigger cognitive interaction.The collaboration group with low frequency of emotional interaction has low frequency of high-level cognitive interaction,and vice versa.Emotional evaluation can promote the development of high-level cognitive interaction,the more frequent of emotional evaluation,it likely to trigger high-level cognitive interaction process.Secondly,the present study analyzes the influencing factors and relationships of emotional interaction in online collaborative learning,based on the principle of theoretical sampling,in-depth interviews and grounded theory method,and constructs the process mechanism model of emotional interaction in online collaborative learning.The results show that the factors that affect the process of online collaborative learning mainly include external environmental factors and internal psychological factors.The external environmental factors include emotional climate factors and peer relationship factors.Emotional climate factors mainly include debate and harmony,and peer relationship factors mainly include familiarity and unfamiliarity;internal psychological factors mainly include internal psychological factors,such as perception understanding,value evaluation and control evaluation.In addition,external environmental factors play a moderating role in the influence of emotional interaction on online collaborative learning process;emotional interaction can directly change learners' cognitive level,emotional state,learning motivation,learning attitude,learning participation,so it has a direct impact on cognitive interaction,teaching interaction and social interaction.In addition,emotional interaction also indirectly affects the process of cognitive interaction,teaching interaction and social interaction through perception understanding,value evaluation and control evaluation.Thirdly,The present study proposes the principles in the process of emotional interaction influencing online collaborative learning are situational principle,dynamic principle and adaptive principle;and designs a intervention framework according to the problem-solving stage knowledge construction process,combined with intervention objectives,contents and activity processes.The intervention framework includes intervention goal,intervention approach(behavior and environment)and intervention process.Then,based on the intervention framework,combined with the theories of emotional social sharing,emotional expression rules and Toulmin argumentation mode,this study designed two intervention strategies of emotional feedback and emotional climate from the perspective of emotional interaction of behavioral factors and emotional atmosphere of environmental factors involved in the process mechanism model.In order to clarify the meaning of intervention strategy and improve its application operability,this study designed semi-structured question prompt emotional feedback strategy support and emotional climate strategy support.Fourth,based on the blue ink cloud class platform and "literature reading and analysis" course,a 3×2 two factor completely random quasi experimental study was carried out.Based on NVIVO,UCINET and SPSS,content analysis,social network analysis and statistical analysis were used to analyze the content data,relationship data and result data The purpose of this study is to explore the influence trend of emotional feedback strategy and emotional atmosphere strategy on online collaborative learning effect.On the whole,emotional feedback strategy,emotional atmosphere strategy and their interaction have significant effects on the process and results of online collaborative learning,including the quality of the whole and cognitive interactive content,the network structure of the whole and cognitive interaction,the overall score and satisfaction of the paper;Moreover,there are significant differences in the quality of interaction content,interaction density,out degree center potential and in degree center potential among different intervention stages and among different stages,and they show a secondary growth trend.In addition,cognitive interaction increased most in different intervention stages.Secondly,under the influence of emotional feedback strategy and emotional climate strategy,the overall connectivity and cohesion of online collaborative interaction are better;in addition,in terms of satisfaction,emotional feedback strategy has a significant impact on it,while emotional climate strategy and the interaction between them have no significant impact.This study constructs a mechanism model of emotional interaction process in online collaborative learning,and designs the emotional feedback strategy,emotional atmosphere strategy and scaffolding designed from the perspective of environment and behavior,which are conducive to the design of emotional interaction in online collaborative learning process,and can provide targeted guidance for the organization and development of online collaborative learning in the future.
