The National Youth Campus Football Activities Notice,which was jointly proposed by General Administration of Sport and Ministry of Education jointly proposed in April 2009,remarked that the new development of football in our country.Besides that,it focused on the importance of football in school physical education.Our country designed a series of the related policies in order to promote all kinds of activities in the last 9 years.Faku country designed the related policies so as to promote the development of the campus football activities after proposing “city of football” at the end of 2012.What’s more,Faku provided the strong supports in policies for the development of football activities and the guidance for developing all kinds of football activities.The implementations of policies were the most important section in policy cycles.This research,which introduces the implementations of policies in to the campus football,is good for promoting the effective of the campus of football and implementing the policies of campus schools.What’s more,it has significant theoretical meaning and practical meaning to achieve the anticipative aims.This study takes the implementation of campus football policy in junior high schools in Faku County as the research object,and selects school leaders,physical education teachers and students from Faku junior middle school as the survey objects.It mainly uses documentary data,policy text analysis,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematics.Statistics and other research methods are used to investigate and analyze the implementation of campus football policy in junior high schools in Faku County.The results of the study are as follows:1.The policies in campus football are gradually systemic: the policies in campus football are gradually systemic in our country with the development of the activities in campus football.And each policy is more pertinent.Faku country,as the first country of campus football in our country,formulates a series of the related policies in order to promote the healthy development of campus football.Although the policies include all aspects of campus football activities,the policies are not specific and exist the repeat contents.2.The implementation of campus football policy is relatively good: school leaders are highly supportive of campus soccer activities,the atmosphere of football culture on campus is relatively strong,and the implementation of campus football policy is better,but there are also certain problems,such as: The number of physical education classes per week in Middle East and East Lake No.2 does not meet the requirement of setting up three soccer lessons per week in the standard of physical education and health education in the compulsory education period;the funding for three schools is limited,which cannot fully satisfy the development of various campus soccer activities.3.The identifications between the implementations of subjects and objects are higher: recognitions between the implementations subjects and objects reflect their cognitions in the policies.The results of research presented that the identifications of leaderships are much higher than gym teachers.The subjects and objects have deeper cogitations in the policies in campus schools because football specialist schools are specific in implementing the educational teachings of football activities.The implementations of policies between subjects and objects have identifications so that it can effective implement every policies in campus football.4.The factors that affect the implementations of policies involve many aspects: the policies’ correctness and specific are the most important factors in affecting the implementations of policies;the key point in promoting the development of campus football is the higher identifications of leaderships;the professionalization of gym teachers is the main factor in limiting football teaching,while the lower professionalization of teachers is the general problems in each specialist schools;the schools conduct annual football activities in order to create the strong atmosphere for students who actively participate in the various cultural activities.
