Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Characteristic Football Schools In Primary And Middle Schools In Qinghai

Since 2009,the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education have issued a series of important documents on campus football for young people across the country and the attention of the society to campus football has continued to rise.In 2015,under the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way,the Ministry of Education promoted football as a major development strategy.Based on this,there was a spurt of growth in characteristic schools of campus football and Qinghai also got the opportunity to develop campus football.Up to now,there are 130 national youth school football characteristic schools in Qinghai province.thus,the team of school football characteristic schools in Qinghai province is growing day by day.however,to make the long-term development of school football,relevant research should follow suit.Judging from the existing research results,there are only a few documents on the study of campus football in Qinghai Province.Therefore,the author investigated the current development situation of campus football characteristic schools in Qinghai Province,found out the deficiencies in the development process,and made the characteristic schools clear their development direction,so as to give full play to the educational function and educational value of campus football characteristic schools in Qinghai Province.This paper takes the development status of primary and secondary school football characteristic schools in Qinghai province as the research object,analyzes the development status of 42 school football characteristic schools by using the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey,explores the existing problems in schools and puts forward countermeasures,providing theoretical basis for the smooth development in the future.The research conclusion is as follows:1.The number of school football characteristic schools in Qinghai province is relatively small and compared with the central and eastern regions,the development degree and number are unbalanced.2.Some schools in Qinghai province have not included campus football in their development plans and plans,the importance attached to campus football has not yet risen to the level of cultivating moral character and promoting the comprehensive reform of school sports.3.There is a serious shortage of teachers with professional football background and fewer relevant training organizations.There are certain site conditions,but the equipment needed for football activities is difficult to meet the demand.At the same time,funds have not been properly utilized and the security system is not perfect.4.The football class hours are guaranteed,but the school-based curriculum is not perfect enough and the school-based football teaching materials are not compiled according to the school’s own situation.Some schools have various forms of football activities,but cultural construction is not ideal.5.The school football team is well established and has a large number of matches.The competition system in the school is at the stage of exploring the way and the rising channel is blocked,which affects the growth and progress of grass-roots football teenagers.6.The factors that affect the development of campus football characteristic schools in Qinghai province include: policy,provincial conditions,schools themselves,teachers and teaching,social mechanism and family factors.Among them,the impact of policy and provincial factors is greatest.
