China's "Second Special Education Promotion Plan(2017-2020)" proposes: "Intensify efforts to develop preschool education for children with disabilities.Support for ordinary kindergartens to receive children with disabilities." Visible, preschool integration education has become a new trend in the development of preschool education in China. There will be more and more children with special needs who will study in ordinary kindergartens. However,China's pre-inclusive education started late. The vast majority of teachers lacked relevant experience and did not receive pre-employment special education courses. They have a negative attitude towards pre-integrated education.According to Bandura's theory of self-efficacy,improving the self-efficacy of teachers in implementing inclusive education can make them more willing to face difficulties in inclusive education and be more confident in the practice of inclusive education. Therefore, improving the self-efficacy of preschool teachers in implementing inclusive education is an important factor in the success of preschool integration education. This study selected 375 preschool teachers from Gansu Province and used the Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale for Inclusive Education and the Scale of Concern Scale for Teachers to Conduct inclusive Education to conduct surveys on them, aiming to explore how preschool teachers can implement inclusive education. The overall situation of self-efficacy and its influencing factors make feasible suggestions for improving the self-efficacy of preschool teachers in implementing inclusive education.turn out:(1)The majority of preschool teachers' self-efficacy in the implementation of inclusive education is in the medium to low level.Among the three factors of the self-efficacy of inclusive education, the self-efficacy of the inclusive teaching is significantly lower than the self-efficacy of cooperation and behavior management.Factors(2)Of the seven independent variables, the level of kindergarten, whether or not toget along with the handicapped, the experience of children with or without special needs for education, whether they have received special education and training, and the degree of understanding of special education law versus self-efficacy of inclusive teaching Have a significant effect;Among the seven independent variables, the level of kindergartens, whether they have been with disabled people, the experiences of children with special needs education, and the degree of understanding of special education laws have a significant effect on the self-efficacy of cooperation;Among the seven independent variables, the age of teaching, the experience of children with or without special needs for education, whether they have received special education training, and the degree of understanding of special education laws have a significant effect on the self-efficacy of behavior management;Among the seven independent variables, the interaction between the two independent variables of teaching age and educational level had a significant effect on the self-efficacy of inclusive teaching and behavior management;(3)The majority of preschool teachers are worried about the degree of integration education at medium and high levels.Of the four factors of concern, the lack of acceptance is significantly higher than the three factors of worry about resources, concern about academic level, and concern about increasing the workload;(4)The teachers' self-efficacy and concern of inclusive education are significantly negatively related.Among the four factors,“ worry for lack of acceptance ” and“worry about the academic level” can significantly predict teachers' self-efficacy in implementing inclusive education. The investigators discussed and analyzed the overall situation of the self-efficacy of preschool teachers and their influencing factors, the overall concern of preschool teachers in implementing inclusive education and their relationship with self-efficacy,and put forward to improve the integration of preschool teachers.Feasibility Suggestions on Education Self-efficacy.
