The teacher lifelong learning, sustainable development is the meaning of the professionaldevelopment of teachers. The teachers’ sustainable development needs educational institutions toprovide support. This paper aims at combing the theory through the related concepts of theintegration of teacher education curriculum of children’s interpretation, combined with the statusquo of the integration of preschool teachers education curriculum, exploring the constructionstrategy of integrated curriculum of preschool teachers education.This paper focuses on the core of "existing problem and countermeasure of integratedcurriculum of preschool teaches education". Taking three kindergartens in Shandong Province asan example, it makes the problem analysis, theoretical research, comparative research, dataanalysis and case studies, and puts forward the countermeasures for constructing the integrationof teacher education curriculum in kindergartens. The main ideas and contents of the research areas follows.Preschool teacher education has a dual nature and base nature. The integrated curriculumemphasizes the overall coherence and development stage. Therefore, the preschool teachereducation integration curriculum is guided by the idea of life-long education, on the basis ofpreschool teachers’ professional development theory, different stages of development ofpreschool teachers education curriculum planning and construction of the overall. It makes thevarious stages of the course into mutual connection, organic connection, both have differentemphases and internal unity. But the status of integrated curriculum of teacher education isunsatisfactory. Its mainly performance are: the establishment of curriculum objectives are notfrom full consideration of preschool teachers professional growth; course content lags behind thereality needs, less than targeted; subject single; seriously divorced from practice; curriculumevaluation, feedback and improvement function is not perfect.The construction of preschool teachers education integration curriculum is the developmenttrend of the world teacher education. It is the inevitable requirement of early childhood educationreform and kindergarten teachers’ own development at the same time. It has a profoundtheoretical basis: the theory of lifelong education, teacher professionalization and developmentstage theory. According to the related theory, the professional development of preschool teachersis divided into five stages: preparation stage, adaptation of job occupation development stage, stable stage, create stagnant stage and mature updating stage.Based on the five stages of teacher development, this paper proposes conception ofpromoting curriculum of preschool teachers education towards integration and strategy.According to the related theory, combining with the current situation of preschool teachers’pre-service training and post training phase separated, the following measures should be taken:grasp the characteristics of the professional development stage of preschool teachers clearly;make a clear education goal reflected in the overall coherence to each stage; the content of thecourse should reflect the coordination and aging according to the characteristics of the stage;enhance the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation; play multiple evaluation feedbackon the course and improve the function. At the same time, the implementation of integratedcurriculum in preschool training schools (referred to the professional preschool educationorganizations) should base on the close cooperation with the kindergartens. Finally, under theconcept of teacher professional development, staying on the main line of preschool teachersprofessional growth, it tries to design the curriculum and makes a brief analysis in order to offersome value to the research and exploration on the integration of preschool teachers education.
