Shopping activity is one of the important part of People's Daily life,because intellectual disabilities have cognitive limitations,often encounter many difficulties in the shopping,so they participating in the activities of daily life have a lot of restrictions.Based on this study for improving the capacity of intellectual disabilities,on the basis of literature reading,exploring suitable intervention plan for the intellectual disability case shopping capacity.So that improve individual capacity to shopping and preparation for the participate in normal community life in the future.In this study,the basic information of a case of moderate intellectual disability was collected by case method,interview method and observation method.And made the interview outline by reading previous research,and the table of the shopping process to observe the accuracy data form of payment,in case of shopping capacity development status of the parent interviews and observation found that community situations case when shopping in the biggest difficulty is that the payment will not according to the price for the corresponding number of coins.In response to the development of the case,the researchers designed a coin photo tip to assist and withdraw this assistance after the case gradually acquired the capacity to count money.At the same time,in order to carry out the case study in the community convenience store shopping,the researcher adopted the intervention form of classroom simulation situation and community situation.Intervention mainly divides into the baseline period stage,intervention and maintain three phases,intervention period is divided into four stages,in these four stages arranged respectively: phase 1,coin images and box prompts the corresponding amount payment case count and price;Phase 2: withdraw the picture of the coin,and the box prompts the number of cases to pay the amount corresponding to the price;Phase 3,cancel box prompt,individual case independently according to the price of the corresponding amount of money payment;Stage 4: video demonstration in the classroom and on-site guidance of the community.After watching video,we will pay the corresponding amount of money in the community convenience store according to the price of the goods.At thisstage of the entire study baseline,intervention and payment collection case to maintain the accuracy of data and independently shopping step number of data before and after the intervention,and draw into case payment accuracy improvement graph and shopping process improvement.The results of the study showed that :(1)the payment accuracy rate of the three price ranges of 1 ~ 5 yuan,6 ~ 10 yuan and 11 ~ 15 yuan was significantly increased after the intervention.(2)the number of shopping steps that can be completed independently after the intervention is significantly improved,especially with the increase of communication and communication with the community convenience store owners,which has exercised her communication skills.(3)after the intervention and parent interviews further show that the case in the capacity to accept payment after intervention in 1 ~ 15 yuan of remarkable progress,especially the number 1 ~ 10 yuan of money capacity to master the most strong.It is shown that shopping capacity intervention does increase the shopping capacity of the case.
