| With the improvement of comprehensive national strength and the development of modern educational technology in our country,the important status of preschool education in the education system has been widespread attention.Chinese government has put the preschool education reform included in the long-term planning of educational reform and development grogram,which promoted the development of preschool education in China in recent years.However,from the current development situation,the development of preschool education which can not achieve the government’s demand is still very weak and the qualified preschool education teachers are insufficient.So our country should strengthen the training of preschool teachers.Preschool education specialty which is dedicated to the cultivation of applied talents for preschool education is an important subject for preschool teachers.It seems that the cultivation of Preschool Education Majors’ practical ability directly affects the students;teaching ability in preschool after graduation.Therefore,it is a great significance to study the cultivation of students’ practical ability in preschool education of junior collegeThis topic took H College for Preschool Education as an example.It studied the interviewees’ practical ability by using questionnaire method and interviewing method and so on.Through the survey and interviews,we found that the current college students who major in preschool education can fit the jobs in preschool education.But they still have deficiencies in teaching practical ability.Such as the teaching design ability and the teaching implement ability,organizing ability and conservation ability,creation and using ability about surroundings,support ability and boot ability in game activities,communicating and coordination ability,etc.This thesis aimed at the deficiency of students’teaching practical ability,combined with the survey data,analyzed the problems existing in the current educational practical ability of college students who major in preschool education.We found the main problems:the target set out with a fuzzy,the education level of preschool education specialty lack of features,preschool education professional training should be improved.Finally,aiming at these problems,we put forward the college students who major in preschool education practice ability cultivation measures,including clear training objectives to students’education practice ability as the center,optimize curriculum structure,improve the teaching methods,improve the education training steps,etc. |
