Preschool education practice is a bridge between theory and practice as well as the most important way to develop practical ability of new teachers. The education practice base is assumed an important place for education practice, qualified education practice base is an important guarantee for the success of education practice. Quality is the key of education practice base. Without quality,there would be no reason to the value as well as the existence of education practice base. In this case. College attaches great importance to the work of education practice and practice base to the quality of education. To ensure the effectiveness of education practice base work is a basic requirement for education practice.To meet the need of education reform in practice, normal colleges bases in promoting education practice, practice base to improve the quality of education has made a lot of efforts and achieved remarkable achievements. However, there are still many problems, therefore, improving the quality and efficiency of education practice base has become prominent education practice needs to solve the problem.On the basis of research results and the relevant quality management theory, Sichuan, Chongqing, four universities for the survey, Using literature, interviews and other methods to collect information, investigating the quality assurance problems of the undergraduate pre-professional education practice base, the study seeks to solve the following problems:First, by the way of combing research on educational practice base and quality assurance aspects, I explore the basic concept about the quality of the pre-professional undergraduate education practice base, including value judgment and what is the quality assurance of education practice base, the reason of the security, the theoretical basis that followed by us and the value judgments and identification of what should be protected or other issues.Secondly, according to the analysis framework of the pre-professional undergraduate education practice base quality assurance, I, through the three aspects of input, process and output, Analyzing the status quo and problems of undergraduate pre-professional education practice base quality assurance, and to explore the specific reasons for the problems of quality assurance.Finally, in order to provide reference for the future development of pre-professional health education practice base construction, I build some assurance measures that suits to the ordinary Normal Colleges pre-professional education practice base quality.
